We'll start off in a 4-4 rhythm.

I do recommend lying down for this one,

But feel free to sit up if you prefer.

Now let's get ready to breathe together.

And the exhale,

Send a sense of relaxation through your body.

And as you pause here,

You begin to ground deeper into your body.

This grounding creates the safety to explore expanded states of awareness.

And let's get ready for round 2.

In the mind,

As you dive deeper into your inner landscape.

Going back into that 4-4 rhythm.

Even with your eyes closed,

You keep your inner eye wide open.
