Physiological Sigh Stress Release Breathing
Physiological Sigh It's time to relieve some stress and tension from the body. This breath consists of a double inhale through the nose followed by a sigh out the mouth. The important thing to note here is that the second inhale is a sharp inhale that is shorter than the first. The exhale is gentle and more passive. Much gratitude to Andrew Huberman for the inspiration of this practice.
