Welcome to Soothe Your Soul.

This relaxing practice will help you soothe all levels of your being so that you can deeply connect to your inner self.

Now make your way into a comfortable position as you close down your eyes,

Inviting in a few cleansing breaths to begin with.

Breathing in your nose and releasing out your mouth.

And again in your nose,

Release.

One more.

And just let it all go.

Take a few natural breaths as we get ready to begin.

We will start with a 4-4-8 rhythm.

Breathing in the nose for a count of four,

Holding for a count of four,

And releasing out the mouth for a count of eight.

Now let's begin by taking a breath in,

Hold your breath momentarily,

And now release with a gentle exhalation,

And hold your breath at the bottom for a short breath hold.

You are like a calm ocean,

Undisturbed by whatever comes your way.

And now take a breath in,

And hold for a few seconds here,

And now release making a tone,

And returning back to your natural breath as we get ready to flow into a four-four rhythm.

Returning to your natural breath,

Letting your breath slow down,

Allowing the sense of relaxation to take over your entire body.
