Living in an autistic mind/body system can be confusing, sometimes sensations feel too strong, other times you don't feel anything at all. This gentle body-based practice uses touch and pressure to help you feel safe in your body, whatever volume it's turned to today. No pressure to sit still, just an invitation to notice, using proprioception and interoception to help you feel sensation without tipping into fight, flight, freeze or shutdown.
