Inspiring and motivating! Short enough that it allows me to have time to listen even on busy mornings. Great to listen to while taking a walk too! I do prefer to fast forward the first 2 minutes about laying down, breathing, etc. because I feel energized and ready to start working on my vision. I don’t necessarily want to be in the relaxed state but if that’s what I’m going for that works as well. Thanks!!
