Today's meditation is on starting your day positively.

This is a great meditation to do while you're getting ready.

Maybe you're out for a morning walk,

Maybe you're cooking breakfast,

Or maybe you are sitting and breathing and ready to begin.

So wherever you find yourself,

Start to connect with your breath.

Start to notice what it feels like,

How you're breathing right now.

Is your breath slow and steady?

Is it fast?

Is it racing?

Is it light?

Wherever you find yourself,

Start to deepen your breath.

Really fill up your lungs,

Your heart.

Feel your breath moving through your chest.

And today,

Find a pace to breathe that feels natural and normal for you.

A pace that will bring ease to your day starting right now.

On your next inhale,

I invite you to visualize yourself moving through your day.

So in your mind,

Start to run through what you have on today.

That could be going through your calendar or just mentally noting the things that you have coming up today.

Visualize yourself moving through each of these events.

Visualize yourself with a successful outcome in mind.

Really allow yourself to walk through each moment and visualize yourself in your highest potential.

Visualize things going right for you,

Going well.

Visualize the feeling that you'll be feeling as you move through every moment of your day.

Allow yourself to really surrender to the highest aligned outcome for everyone that your day will touch,

Including yourself.

Take a moment right now to connect in with your breath again.

Noticing it there,

Noticing it filling up your lungs,

Your heart,

Your chest.

Breathing in fully,

Deeply.

In this moment now,

It might feel good if you are sitting to really close your eyes and connect with yourself.

If you're doing some movement right now,

You might want to just pause and put a hand on your heart.

And I will repeat a series of affirmations.

And as I say them,

I want you to just repeat them to yourself silently in your mind.

I feel awake,

Alert,

And fully energized.

I have what it takes to handle whatever comes my way today.

I move through my day with ease,

Grace,

And confidence.

I am ready to receive great love in all forms.

I am excited to get this day started.

I am open to new possibilities and opportunities today.

I have so much to look forward to.

Today I choose to attract positive people.

I am ready to be the best version of myself today.

Take a deep breath in and feel the feelings of having achieved a successful day,

A positive day.

Know that you are worthy of this.

Know that you are able to claim this in this moment.

And know that every time we tune into meditation and we connect with our breath,

We are building our own foundation.

When our foundation is strong,

We're able to move with the ebb and flow of life.

We're able to ride the waves.

We're able to handle whatever comes our way.

Take a deep breath in and this time just sigh it out through the mouth,

Really letting it go.

Thank you for meditating with me today.

Thank you for showing up for yourself.

You are on the right path.

Keep going.
