Today's meditation is on manifesting what you want in life.
Let's begin.
This is a great meditation to do walking while you're getting ready,
While you're cooking,
While you're driving,
Or you might want to do it in a really traditional way where you're sitting cross-legged with a tall straight spine.
So wherever you find yourself,
Decide what is the best course of action.
Is it good to have my eyes open for this or do I want to go ahead,
Close or lower my eyes?
So wherever you find yourself now,
You can start by connecting to your breath.
So really noticing the breath,
Tuning into it,
Noticing what it feels like when it comes in through our nose,
When it fills up our lungs,
Noticing the breath,
How it feels as we exhale through the mouth or through the nose as it empties out of our body.
For today's meditation,
I'm not going to use a specific breathing technique and I'll invite you to choose a style of breathing that feels really good for you.
The most important part is that you have conscious connection with your breath.
So all that means is bringing awareness to the sensation of the breath coming in and coming out,
Really intentionally choosing to deepen and lengthen the breath,
Simply noticing that it's there,
Working with it in a really conscious way,
Letting go of the need to do it perfectly.
The word manifestation means to create something or turn something from an idea into a reality.
In psychology,
Manifestation generally means using our thoughts,
Our feelings and beliefs to bring something into our physical reality.
Meditation allows us access to our innermost thoughts,
Our subconscious,
Our programming and it gives us an opportunity to rewrite the script.
That's what we're going to do today.
So as you are breathing,
As you're bringing awareness to your breath,
Bring to mind something that you would like to manifest in your life.
It might be a relationship,
A new job,
A promotion,
It could be money,
Travel,
Adventure,
Whatever it is,
Bring it to your mind.
Visualize yourself already in that scenario.
So if it is in the context of a new relationship,
Let your imagination run wild,
Let yourself play right now.
Visualize where you are when you meet this person,
Visualize what it feels like to see them for the first time,
Visualize how the conversation goes,
What do you say,
What do they say,
What does it feel like in your body right now.
So I'll give you a few moments right now to visualize your own individual scenario and what that could feel like.
Really play it out in your mind and believe it to be true in the cells of your body.
Let yourself believe it,
Let yourself feel what it feels like to want this,
To have it to have it and to receive it.
Visualize what it feels like in a month from having this,
A year,
What does it feel like in five years.
In your visualization now,
Tune into yourself and watch yourself and how you act,
How does this version of yourself act now that they have what they want,
Now that you have manifested what you've been wanting,
How do you behave,
What do you look like,
What are the things that you say,
What does a day in the life look like for you.
Let yourself play out this scene and as you play it out,
Feel into the feelings,
Believe it to be true and enjoy it.
Keep connecting with your breath.
In the next few rounds of breath,
Really soak up this feeling,
Visualizing,
Believing,
Seeing yourself in this already manifested reality.
Now take a deep breath in and staying in this state,
Let's talk about the final step of manifestation that not a lot of people teach and it's this word surrender.
Take a deep breath in and think of all the things that come to mind when you hear the word surrender.
Think about that scene that you just created and then apply surrender to it.
The energy of surrender feels like this statement,
It feels like I want you but I don't need you.
It feels like it feels like the words I am great,
I am whole with or without this.
I have everything that I need in this moment and I welcome in more.
I welcome in whatever is the highest aligned outcome for me and for the people that I love.
Take a deep breath in right now,
Just reflecting on what we created in this session.
We created a visualization where we have everything that we want and then we breathe and we say I'm good with or without this and this allows us to release resistance and let us call in what is truly right for us.
So taking yourself back to the moment right now,
If it's comfortable for you in this moment,
Put a hand on your heart,
Close your eyes and just affirm I am so grateful to be living this life right now.
Taking a deep breath out,
Repeating to yourself silently or out loud,
I am a magnet.
Everything that I want,
Wants me.
Taking a deep breath in,
Everything that I want,
Wants me.
As we finish up today's meditation and visualization,
Bring with you this energy of this is your life,
Your story.
You have the power to create it without any limits.
You have the ability to pick up the pen and write the next chapter.
Bring with you the energy of surrender.
Whatever is in the highest good for me,
I welcome.
