Settle in,
Get comfy,
And get ready for our journey together.
Take a couple of relaxed breaths in and out,
Just feeling your body drop into this moment.
Feeling your muscles relax,
Feeling your breathing just calming and slowing.
Today,
We are going to work on our soulmate vision,
This beautiful partnership that you dream of.
This relationship that will bring you joy,
Unconditional love,
Security,
Trust,
And whatever else you seek in a partner.
We are going to take this journey together so that we can release any fear or negative anticipation,
And fully embrace the possibility of a beautifully healthy relationship.
So,
I want you to picture yourself in a beautiful luxury treehouse accommodation.
Now,
This treehouse accommodation has a beautiful staircase that is spiraling around the trunk of the tree.
So,
I want you to envision yourself walking up these stairs,
Using the handle on the railing,
And slowly stepping up.
As you climb higher and higher,
You can see the treetops in the jungle around you.
You can see in the distance a couple of other treehouses.
These have a similar design,
But they're far enough away.
And as you get to the platform area,
You notice that there is a door,
And this is the doorway that will lead you inside of this beautiful treetop treehouse.
Take a moment to notice what this door is made out of,
How it looks,
What color it is,
What the handle looks like,
Maybe the hinges.
Just notice anything about this door.
And now you can reach for the handle,
Or simply push the door open,
And enter this absolutely breathtaking treehouse.
You look around,
And you notice a gigantic bed with four posts and these beautiful fabric drapes all around the four corners.
It's actually bug netting,
But that's okay.
You look around,
The walls are made of bamboo,
The ceiling is vaulted,
Also made of bamboo,
The floor bamboo.
It is very simple,
Yet elegant and natural,
With beautiful plants throughout,
And an opening which overlooks the jungle.
And as you walk towards this opening,
You notice that you have your very own hot tub secured in the treehouse,
In your very own room.
Looking out,
You see birds flying,
You can hear their beautiful song,
And you feel so full of joy,
So relaxed and safe.
You go back into your treehouse,
And you decide to sit on the bed for a minute,
Looking out from this perspective.
And as you sit,
You think about the qualities that you would love in a relationship.
Maybe it's a high level of communication,
Affection,
Maybe a sense of adventure,
Humor,
Travel.
I'm going to give you a minute just to think about some of those words that would describe this perfect relationship.
And I also want you to think about the things that are not negotiable at all.
If there are things that you know you do not want,
Make sure you make a statement in your mind about keeping those things away,
Out of your path.
Not even an option.
And thinking about some of these words that have popped in,
They may keep rolling in,
And that's okay.
You go out on your little walkout,
And you're standing next to your hot tub,
And you see a little basket,
And this basket is for you to place all of the wishes,
All of the intentions that you have for the perfect relationship inside of.
So you can picture a little piece of paper that says,
Communication,
And see yourself putting that paper into the basket.
Maybe you just see the word floating.
Maybe you see a picture of two people laughing and sharing humor,
Joy.
Put that into the basket.
Give you a couple of moments to add anything that you really would like to bring in,
Into that basket.
And as you continue,
The basket will grow.
If you find it filling,
Or you feel that you've put so many things in there,
It will continue to grow as you add.
So don't be afraid,
Add as many things as you would love in the perfect relationship to that basket.
And adding your last one or two items before moving on.
And now,
As you look at this basket full of perfection,
Your dream list of relationship qualities,
You see a beautiful,
Beautiful owl land right on the handle of the basket.
And this owl picks up the basket and flies away with all of these intentions.
You know,
In your heart,
That this owl is going to take very good care of the items in the basket and deliver them wherever they need to go in order to bring in this beautiful relationship for you.
Then you look over and you notice there's a tiny little fire burning,
Just this beautiful little fire table that's set up,
And there's a chair next to it.
And in this fire are the most beautiful colors.
It's not just a red,
Orange,
Yellow fire,
There are all different types of colors burning.
And your next task is to think of the items that are what you do not want in a relationship.
If you would like a partner who eats healthy,
Then you know you do not want someone who is unhealthy and doesn't take care of their body and whatnot.
So the things that you want to make sure are not brought in will go into the fire,
Burn them.
So you can picture,
Similarly to the basket,
A piece of paper with that written on,
Or you can see an image,
Which might be a little dark,
But you're going to think about the qualities that you do not want to attract into this perfect relationship.
And take a moment to see those qualities disintegrating,
Being burnt,
Sending a clear message of what you do not want in your life,
In a relationship.
I'll give you a couple of moments to do that.
Adding any last items to the fire to break it down,
Sending that clear message of what you do not want.
And as you finish with that,
You watch as the fire gently goes out,
Knowing that every single item has been completely burnt,
Knowing that you have made a strong statement of what you will not accept or tolerate within your next relationship.
And making your way back into the tree house,
And you look over and there's this big,
Beautiful,
Round chair that you can climb into,
And you feel like a little cat rolled up in a ball because this chair is so large and comfy.
And as you climb in,
Snuggle into all of the pillows,
You wrap up in the blanket,
And you look out,
You can still see this beautiful view of all the treetops.
You can see the sun that's setting.
And you think about your experience,
And you wonder if it's really possible,
Is it really possible to have a relationship with all of the qualities that you seek,
And without some of those other qualities.
And you know in your heart,
You know absolutely that this can exist.
You also know that your role in that relationship is to keep strong boundaries,
Is to keep your standard,
To a level that gives you respect,
That makes you feel loved and worthy,
While still maintaining your power,
While having an equal contribution to the relationship.
You feel this glow of hope inside.
You feel this deep knowing,
This excitement of what's to come.
When you start to daydream as the sun is setting,
And you start to think about the appearance of this person,
And perhaps you have always had a specific preference of appearance in partners.
And maybe this time it's different.
Maybe this time you are more open to other people.
And so when you think about all of those beautiful qualities of the relationship,
And you think about the physical appearance,
You realize that though you still need to be attracted to this partner,
Maybe it's not as important as that beautiful connection,
As those qualities that you seek.
As the sun dips lower in the sky,
You still have a little bit of light left.
You hear a knock on the door.
You get up slowly,
Knowing that you are completely safe.
Then you walk over towards the door,
Wondering who it could be.
As you start the movement to open the door,
You have a jump in your heart.
You just know that this is the person who you are thinking about.
This is this perfect partner.
You take a deep breath,
And you open the door.
Take in what you see,
Who you see.
Take note of their hair,
Style and color,
Their eyes,
Nose,
Shape of their face,
Their ears and neck,
And take in their whole stature.
I want you to take note of their expression.
How are they looking at you?
How are you looking at them?
What do you feel?
You invite them in,
Just knowing that this is your person.
Maybe you just automatically hold hands as you walk out to the lookout to watch the final moments of the sunset together.
Maybe you hug and hold on so tight as that sun sets,
Just knowing that this is your person.
Feel their heartbeat,
The sound of their breathing,
The feeling of your bodies together.
I'll give you a couple of moments alone if you would like to chat,
Or if you simply just want to be together.
It may feel as though you have been reunited with a friend from many years ago,
Or maybe it just feels so deeply attuned and so,
So magical that you can't even speak.
Just enjoy whatever way it is that you are connecting.
I'm taking a couple of moments to just look into each other's eyes.
There's no feelings of embarrassment or feeling shy or insecure.
You feel so comfortable and so loved and just held with this person that it is so easy to hold their eyes.
And knowing that you have finally connected and that you will reunite again,
You bid each other a sweet farewell as you walk this beautiful partner back to the door and say goodbye for now.
Giving a last hug,
Maybe a kiss,
Any last words that you may want to say to each other.
And one last glance as they leave through the door.
You close the door and walk back to that snuggly chair,
Feeling so excited,
Feeling like this is your first love all over again.
Those butterflies in your stomach,
Your thoughts racing,
Your heart just thumping full of love as you see the sky shift to fill with stars.
Beautiful,
Bright stars keep appearing every second,
The gorgeous moon,
All of the energy in the universe is above you,
Shining down,
Filling you with hope,
Trust,
And knowing that the best is yet to come.
You close your eyes on this snuggly chair,
You cuddle in and you get ready to go to sleep,
Knowing that you will be reunited with your perfect partner so soon.
Taking some relaxed breaths,
Feeling your physical body again,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Moving yourself from this dreamy love state back into the room you are.
Feeling full of hope,
Love,
Trust,
Moving your head back and forth gently,
Maybe shaking your arms and legs a little bit just to get yourself back conscious and aware.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
