Very nicely done, thanks. I did have a question, as you seemed to move between under and over active solar plexus without stating which you were addressing and I felt a little confused. It might be good to do a mediation for each, as I have trouble even feeling mine to begin with, so lost the thread when you began talking of ego drive, etc. Thanks !
