Good morning and welcome to your practice today.

Today we are going to awaken our soul with gratitude.

As you take a deep breath and let go of your night of restful sleep.

Letting gratitude all the way down through the core of your being.

Down through your legs and straight out through your toes.

You have so much to be grateful for.

A restful sleep.

A bed to sleep in.

A partner to sleep beside.

Small children that may wake you in the night.

As you awaken from your sleep,

Awaken with gratitude.

Breathe deeply here.

Setting your intention for the day.

What is it that you want to accomplish?

What greatness will you step into?

Bring to mind any to-do lists.

Appointments.

Your schedule.

The errands that need to be run.

The house that needs to be clean.

The children that need to be dropped off.

And thinking about how you are going to conquer your day.

This moment is just for you.

This day was perfectly made just for you.

So,

Awaken your soul with gratitude.

And go forth into your day knowing that you are capable of great things.

Taking a brief moment of time here in this space this morning to let go of your dream state.

Rocking your neck from side to side.

Letting your chin fall forward slightly.

Stretching out any areas of your body that might be a little stiff or sore.

I want you to imagine that your body is wrapped in a blanket of the most brilliant and warm light.

The light of the gratitude that comes from within.

So,

Awaken your soul this morning.

Have gratitude simply because you exist.

You are a powerful human being.

Full of incredible gifts.

Share them out into this world.

Share them on this day where you are destined to be incredible.

Need with that brilliant,

Grateful heart.

Opening yourself up to all of the possibilities that await you today.

Taking a final deep breath here.

Letting it swirl around in the core of your being.

Vowing to yourself that you will do everything in your power to make today great.

That you will lead with gratitude.

That you will awaken your soul.

That you will catch every possibility that comes to you today.

With an open heart and an open mind.

Have an amazing day.
