Susie is an accredited meditation teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia. She is the founder of Sydney Institute of Meditation and the British Institute of Meditation and she currently runs Meditation Teacher-Training Courses. Susie developed the Mindfulness Meditation Plus program to use in these courses, and it covers not only Mindfulness, Meditation and the science behind them, but also many aspects of positive psychology. Many students have described Susie's course as 'transformational'.
