Meditation for manifesting alignment with abundance,
Provision and flow.
So sitting comfortably and begin with taking some nice deep breaths.
With the out breath be conscious of letting go of everything you've been thinking about and worrying about and planning up until this point.
Just letting it go for now.
Breathing in fresh clear new expansive energy with the in breath.
And letting go of tension from your muscles,
From anywhere and everywhere in your body with the out breath.
Feel as though every deep breath brings you more centered into this moment right now.
And letting go of everything else.
And imagine your body is becoming really comfortable.
That any tension on your face is smoothing away,
Your forehead is relaxing,
Your temples are relaxing.
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your whole face is nice and smooth and relaxed.
And that relaxation runs down your neck and into your shoulders.
As it hurts your shoulders you give yourself permission to drop anything you've been carrying here,
Any weight,
Any tension,
Any tightness.
You can just drop it as though you're dropping a heavy backpack to the ground.
Let your shoulders relax and release down into the frame of your body.
And this sends a wave of relaxation flooding down the rest of your body through your arms,
Down your back,
Down your abdomen,
Through your hips,
Into your legs and down into your feet.
Feeling deep of fresh clear energy,
Feeling your body and your mind now much more relaxed and open and receptive.
And now I'd like you to think about a time in your life when you felt as though you had enough.
You had enough money,
You felt secure,
You felt safe,
You felt provided for,
You even felt abundant.
I want you to search your memory,
Search your feelings,
Find that feeling.
And now that you've got that,
Even if it's just an inkling of that,
That's great.
And now I want you to make it bigger,
Brighter,
Stronger,
Bolder,
Larger,
Expand it,
Bring light into it,
Open it up,
Breathe into it.
Feel it even more deeply.
I have enough.
I am abundant.
I am safe.
I am provided for.
Remember how that felt.
I feel so safe,
So provided for.
I feel abundant.
I'm so grateful for that abundance.
How does that feel?
I want you to amplify this feeling and give it a name,
Give it a word,
Give it a few words.
How would you remember this feeling later if you'd forgotten all about it?
What words can you give it that would help you just click back in to this feeling instantly?
Think of those words now.
And now say those words to yourself in your head over and over again.
As you say those words over and over again,
You're amplifying this feeling even more.
Now imagine as you're saying these words over and over again,
A huge windfall of abundance is on its way to you.
Imagine that feeling.
You know that there's a huge windfall,
A huge amount of abundance making its way in right now.
It's backing up behind you.
It's on its way.
How would that feel?
Feel that.
How would that feel?
And now imagine this windfall like a wave,
A massive wave of abundance is flowing into your life,
Even bigger than you've ever felt before.
And as it flows into your life,
You give it out and share it out around you.
You're sharing this abundance to people,
To businesses,
To places,
To projects.
Imagine,
Visualize,
And feel this happening.
You're sharing this abundance to people,
To places,
To places,
To places.
This is the vibration of abundance.
And any time in the future when you want to remember this,
You just think of those words that you were saying over and over before,
And you're going to remember how this feels.
And as you remember how this feels,
You activate abundance in your life.
Abundance is everywhere and every moment,
And you'll experience it to the degree that you notice it.
From now on you're noticing more and more abundance everywhere and every moment.
And you always have this feeling that there's a windfall coming,
And you are provided for,
And you're going to share,
And you're going to give,
Because you're so connected to the flow of abundance.
So now starting to come back to remembering where you are,
What day it is.
Taking some deep breaths and wiggling your toes and fingers.
Coming back to the room you're in and opening your eyes.
And now with your eyes open,
Think of those words that you assigned to that feeling of abundance.
Think them over and over and feel it again.
You can do this in any moment,
And as you do this you attract more and more abundance around you.
