Getting yourself comfortable now,
And ensuring you're not going to be disturbed for up to 20 minutes.
So you can really focus and be present with yourself.
What issue has been playing on your mind lately,
Causing you anxiety or frustration,
Or some kind of suffering?
Just think of one issue you'd like to find relief with today.
And now you've thought of that,
Letting it go for now,
And taking some nice deep breaths.
Breathing in from the lowest part of your abdomen,
And then slowly bringing the breath higher and higher up through your tummy,
Your diaphragm,
Your ribcage,
Your chest,
Right to the very top,
To your collarbones,
Before letting the breath out in the opposite direction,
All the way down to the very very bottom.
And taking a couple more nice deep breaths like this.
This deep breathing is sending the message all around your body that everything is okay.
I'm okay,
I'm safe.
And now picturing yourself somewhere beautiful in nature.
You're sitting on the earth,
Feeling the earth under you.
You're breathing in the fresh air and the beautiful scent of nature.
Listening to the nature sounds around you.
And remembering your own personal connection with Gaia,
With the earth,
With nature,
And how good it feels.
Gaia with the earth,
With nature,
And how good it feels.
Now imagine that you have roots growing down from your hips,
From the trunk of your body.
An amazing network of roots running down your legs,
Out your feet,
Growing into the earth underneath you.
Grow these roots deeper and deeper and deeper down underneath you,
Anchoring you to the safety and security of Mother Earth.
And with your roots nice and deep,
Deep deep deep down into the earth,
Take an in-breath of earth energy,
Breathing it up your root system.
And letting it come up into your body and circulate,
Breathing out your love and appreciation into the earth.
Breathing in her nutrients,
Her support,
Her resources,
Her nurturing.
Letting it fill and feed every cell,
Breathing out your gratitude for this,
Sending it down into the earth.
And taking a couple more of these nurturing breaths.
And saying to yourself in your mind,
I am grounded,
I am safe,
My body is provided for.
And bringing the breath up to the heart chakra now in the centre of your chest.
Imagining there's a nose right there at your heart and you're breathing in directly into this powerful centre.
Opening it,
Activating it,
Awakening it.
Think of some very simple everyday things that you're so grateful for today,
Things you usually overlook.
Count these little blessings now and let them open your heart further.
Imagine this is awakening a light at your heart centre,
A beautiful light is starting to shine out of your heart in every direction around you.
And now I want you to imagine that all of these things are coming together.
Imagine that all around you in this beautiful place in nature where you're imagining yourself sitting,
There's a group of beings encircling you.
These beings are your guides,
Your teachers,
Your soul family and they're all standing around you in a circle and they've all got their hearts wide open and activated like yours.
That same light that is shining from your heart is shining from their heart.
And the love coming from them is amplifying your feeling of love,
Your feeling of safety and connection.
Saying to yourself,
I am surrounded by love.
Then imagine that around the circle of your guides and teachers and soul family is a wider circle of their guides and teachers and soul family encircling them with their hearts wide open and their pouring love forward.
And it's filtering through everyone's hearts to you.
Now imagine that these circles continue out and out and out all the way back to the purest source energy.
And you're receiving this love directly from source through all of these amazing teachers and guides filtering through to you.
So much love,
So much light.
That all the forms just seem to disappear and there's just this amazing light within you,
Outside of you,
Everywhere.
Light that is filled with love.
And you're saying to yourself,
I am connected to all.
I am eternal.
And I am eternally safe.
Really let this knowingness sink in.
I am 100% connected to source.
Absolutely eternal and eternally safe.
With all the light that is coming from you right now,
I want you to shine that light onto this issue you thought about at the beginning of this meditation.
Shine this divine light onto that issue.
And as your divine light illuminates it,
See what happens to it.
And as you shine that light onto that issue,
See what happens to it.
Well done.
Before you come back,
Take a few deep breaths of this knowingness that you are safe,
You are eternal and you are always,
Always connected.
And slowly bringing yourself back to everyday awareness,
Wiggling your toes and your fingers,
Feeling how different your body feels now,
How refreshed you feel.
And have a beautiful rest of your day or evening.
