This process generates deep healing in your energy body, and in your perception... the results of which will effortlessly ripple into the rest of your life.

Deep emotional clearing meditation.

So getting yourself comfortable either lying down or sitting supported.

If you have a tendency to fall asleep,

Sitting up might be better.

Closing your eyes and taking some nice deep refreshing breaths.

Just letting out any tension from your mind or body with the out breath.

Breathing in clarity,

Newness,

Freshness with the in breath.

And again letting go,

Just letting go with the out breath.

Everything you've been up to already today,

All the things you've been thinking about,

Planning,

Worrying about.

Let it all go now.

One more nice deep breath bringing in fresh clear energy.

And letting go,

Letting it all go with the out breath.

This is your time,

Time for you and nothing else that you've been up to so far today,

This week,

This month,

This year has any effect on you right now.

You are here in this moment.

And in your imagination I'd like you to think of the most relaxing color you can possibly imagine.

You can run a few different colors through your mind until you come across one color that just seems to soothe and nurture and hold you.

Find that color.

And now imagine that that's the most relaxing color you can possibly imagine.

And now imagine that that color is pouring down over your forehead.

Smoothing out any lines,

Any tension is melting away from your forehead running down over your eyebrows and between your eyebrows over your temples,

Your eyes running down your nose.

This beautiful color is softening and smoothing every part of your face as it touches it,

Moving down into your cheeks,

Your top lip,

Your bottom lip,

The inside of your mouth and tongue,

Your jaw,

Your chin.

Imagine this beautiful color running over the top of your head,

Running through your hair,

Pouring down your scalp,

Running down the back of your neck.

This beautiful color just soothing your mind,

Soothing your scalp,

Relaxing the back of your neck down into your shoulders.

And it's like a heavy load as being released from your shoulders as this color starts to work its way deeply into the muscles here,

Encouraging every single cell to totally let go.

Shoulders are sinking down into the frame of your body and the color continues to pour down through your arms,

Right through to your hands,

Fingers.

It starts running down your back,

Down your spine,

Aligning all the vertebrae.

Everything's lining up perfectly on top of each other.

All the muscles are relaxing all the way down your back and all the way down your front too,

Over your chest.

Down through your abdomen,

This color is soaking into all of your organs.

All of your organs are now working optimally,

Harmonizing together.

This beautiful color bringing healing to your emotions as it moves through your abdomen and your hips,

Your pelvic area,

Your buttocks,

Right down into your thighs.

Such relaxation starting to hit your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your shins,

Your ankles.

And finally right down into your feet,

Toes,

Every toe.

Imagine your whole body is filled with this color now.

Imagine this color is making its way out into your energy field around your body,

Clearing away old debris.

And you're floating in this color,

Soaking in this color,

Just being completely held and supported.

Now if there's any part of your body that is still feeling tight or tense or is still holding on,

I'd like you to send a wave of this beautiful color to that part of your body and instruct it now to relax,

Relax,

Relax.

Your whole body is soft,

Supple,

Open,

Fluid and calm.

Now in your imagination I want you to imagine that you are surrounded by your divine guidance team,

Your soul family,

The invisible helpers that have always been with you and will continue to be,

Who guide and love and support you from the other side.

Often their support you are unaware of,

But now I want you to experience that you have this divine support team encircling you now,

All around you,

Sending you love,

Sending you positive,

Radiant thoughts.

And they have so much confidence in you and they hold you in such high esteem.

They love you just as you are and they're here for you.

They consist of your teachers,

Your mentors,

Your friends and your companions.

And as you go through this emotional clearing today,

These guides and teachers and friends are all going to be supporting you and helping you.

So I want you to get clear on how you would like to feel,

The transformation you would like to take place within this particular area of your life where you're feeling this emotion.

Get clear on what you would like to feel instead.

What is the healing you would like to happen?

Tell your guides and teachers this.

And now declare it as an intention.

It is my intention that.

.

.

And state this.

Very good.

You have declared exactly what you would like to happen and now your guides and teachers know more and more clearly how to work with you today.

So let's begin by thinking about the last time this particular emotion or feeling got triggered within you.

Think about the circumstances in your life that triggered the feeling.

Think about them and allow the feeling to fully come back into your body.

Open to the feeling.

Invite the feeling.

Thinking of the thoughts that go round in your head that perpetuate this feeling,

That strengthen it and bring it back again and again.

What are those thoughts?

And keep allowing the feeling,

Breathing into the feeling.

Allow your whole body to relax and all you're doing is breathing into this feeling.

Let there be no resistance in your body to this feeling.

Let it be fully welcomed.

You are watching and observing this feeling with detachment.

Because you can watch and observe this feeling,

You know that this feeling is not you.

It is not who you really are.

It is like a cloud passing through the sky.

And you can be the sky,

Be the neutral observer just watching this cloud,

Allowing it to fully be there.

But not becoming identified with it,

Not feeling that it's personal.

Just simply relax and breathe into the feeling.

Where does this feeling come from in your body?

Where is it mainly originating from?

Could be your throat,

Your heart,

Your solar plexus or lower down in your abdomen or somewhere else.

Breathe into this area,

Relax this area,

Allow this feeling,

Complete expression.

It is not bad,

It's simply a vibration.

Notice if you take away all labels and all judgments,

All it is,

Is a vibration that you are observing as a witness.

Breathe into it,

Allow it even more.

If it had a voice,

What would this feeling say?

Would it shout?

Would it scream?

Would it cry?

Allow the feeling,

Expression,

What would it say?

Breathe into it,

Allow it even more.

Well done,

Again you are holding a space for this feeling,

You are observing it with detachment,

You are not the feeling.

So giving thanks for that expression and noticing any blaming thoughts that might be coming from this feeling.

The blaming thoughts seek to hide from the feeling,

They seek to run away by pushing the blame somewhere else.

But this takes our power away.

This is your feeling,

This is your gift.

And yes it may have been triggered by something out there.

But this feeling is completely yours.

Breathing into it,

Letting it flow through your energy system.

That your body and your energy body is so relaxed and peaceful and open and loving.

That you can allow this feeling passage through your energy system and back to source,

Where it came from,

Where it belongs.

And in order to allow it to pass,

Say to yourself,

I completely forgive the part of me who created this feeling.

I know that the part of me that created this feeling was only doing the very best that it could at that time.

That part of me is completely innocent.

And I totally forgive where this feeling originated from,

How it was created and why it was created.

I have no reason to hold on to any resentment about that.

I completely and utterly forgive.

And I completely and utterly forgive all of the circumstances surrounding this feeling.

I'm grateful for this feeling and what it is teaching me and what it has taught me.

I forgive the circumstances surrounding this feeling and I thank them for this opportunity for growth.

And I completely forgive this feeling,

This energy.

I totally forgive it and I allow it free passage through my energy body and back to source.

Allowing yourself to be that open,

Neutral space of love.

That is allowing this feeling passage,

Complete forgiveness,

Just letting it move.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Well done,

You're doing so well.

And if needs be you can come back and do this again with the same feeling.

Some feelings have been with you for lifetimes and lifetimes and their roots are very deep.

And others are easy and effortless to allow through your energy system and to completely let go of.

Come back again and again as many times as you need for different feelings to do this process again.

And for now just thinking about where this feeling you've been working on today,

The place in your body it originated from.

Now feel that place in your body,

How does it feel now?

And I want you to continue and expand on the healing you feel has taken place in this area.

By surrounding this area and infusing it with a color of your choice.

A color that just seems to be perfect for this place.

That feels just right,

That has just got the right healing energies to surround this area of your body.

And imagine and remember those beings of light,

Your teachers and guides who are surrounding you right now.

Imagining they are all sending you healing,

Sending this part of your body healing.

And you're receiving it,

Soaking it up like a sponge.

Well done.

And now your guides and teachers are surrounding your energy field with a layer of gold.

Like a golden force field.

This is going to protect your energy field for the next few days as the changes that you've made in your energy field settle into a new resonance within you.

And now it's time to come back.

Remembering where you are,

Thinking about your surroundings,

The room you're in,

The clothes you're wearing,

The time of day it is.

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Taking a deep breath and slowly opening your eyes and returning to everyday reality.

Being gentle with yourself.

For the rest of the day as this was deep.
