30 minutes of deep rejuvenating relaxation.

Ensure that you're not going to be disturbed for this 30 minute period.

And getting yourself divinely comfortable,

Lying down as best so you can totally let go.

And start by emptying all the air from your lungs until there couldn't be any air possibly in there,

Right out to the very bottom.

And then taking a slow deep in-breath,

Filling your lungs up in every single direction so they are so full that no more can possibly fit in your lungs,

Holding that for a moment before slowly releasing that breath.

All the way out again,

Right to the very bottom,

Even when you think there's no air left,

Breathe out even more.

And then breathing in again,

Deep,

Slow in-breath all the way to the very,

Very,

Very top,

Lungs expanding to the front,

To the side,

To the back,

All the way up and out,

Holding that for a moment before slowly letting it go.

All the way down,

Down,

Down,

Again to the very bottom of your lungs,

Releasing the breath completely before taking one last deep,

Deep,

Deep in-breath,

Slow,

Controlled,

Deep,

All the way to the very,

Very top and relax,

Letting the breath come out naturally,

Letting your breath start to return to a normal rhythm.

And then starting breathing in to the count of four and out to the count of eight.

Into the count of four,

Out to the count of eight.

Keep this going.

If your mind starts wandering,

Come back to the counting,

Into the count of four and out to the count of eight.

Every time you exhale,

You bring yourself into a deeper state of relaxation.

Every time you exhale,

Your muscles and your mind relaxes a little bit more.

I think you can begin to think a little more about your body.

Now noticing your forehead as you place your attention in your forehead it automatically relaxes completely any lines,

Any tension,

Any tightness is gone your forehead is smooth and supple and so relaxed now be aware of your left eyebrow your right eyebrow and in between your eyebrows and as you bring attention to these places they just become so so relaxed noticing your left temple your right temple your left eyelid your right eyelid your left eye your right eye your nose your left cheek your right cheek your top lip your bottom lip your chin your jaw your tongue the inside of your mouth the top of your head the left side of your head the right side of your head your left ear your right ear your whole face your whole face your whole face so relaxed,

Open,

Calm,

Supple your whole head your whole head so so relaxed and imagine the relaxation you've created up here is now flooding down into the rest of your body the back of your neck,

Your collarbones,

Your shoulders your arms,

Your hands,

Your chest,

Your spine your back,

Your abdomen,

Your hips your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes your whole body your whole body so so relaxed imagine now that you're lying on a bed of soft strawberry red mist this beautiful soft red mist is completely supporting your body you're floating on it,

Melting into it and it's surrounding you,

Absorbing into your skin completely relaxing you and this beautiful soft strawberry red is filling you with a sense of safety,

Strength,

Health and vitality and these qualities are easily being absorbed into your body,

Into your energy field as you completely relax into this beautiful colour and now the mist is changing colour into a beautiful pale soft orange and as you melt into this bed of soft orange mist you feel it washing over your face and running down your body relaxing even more deeply every part of you and it's calming down any emotions all your emotions are so still and peaceful beautiful soft orange settling you into yourself even more and more deeply than ever before as you're giving yourself permission to completely let go and now the orange changes colour to become a lovely warm soft yellow warm and joyful and optimistic beautiful yellow mist it's running through your hair,

Down over your face and neck and shoulders,

Drifting around your whole body absorbing into your energy field,

Into your skin joy,

Hope,

Positivity on a cellular level you know you have so many things to look forward to life is a new adventure in every moment and you're letting go into this yellow and allowing that joy and positivity to spread throughout your whole being as you relax more and more and now the yellow effortlessly merges into a beautiful natural green beautiful soft yet vibrant green,

The colour of nature the colour of new growth,

The colour of the heart this gentle green mist is all around you now and you're melting into it,

Lying on a bed of it floating in it and letting it fill your whole being with a sense of balance and it's absorbing into your heart and filling your whole being with the energy of love floating in love,

Soaking up love right into your DNA and this beautiful green is now merging into a lovely soft calming blue the most peaceful blue you've ever seen feel it washing over your feet and toes,

Feel it moving up your legs and your abdomen your shoulders,

Your arms caressing your whole head,

Your whole body inviting every cell of your body into a state of deep,

Deep peace your whole being is as still as a mountain lake glassy smooth,

Reflecting the sky peace and calm are taking over all of your thoughts,

All of your feelings and all of your muscles deeper and deeper you're allowing yourself to go into the ultimate state of relaxation and peace within as that beautiful blue dissolves into a magnificently wonderful indigo and feeling that indigo mist washing down over the top of your head,

Flooding down the rest of your body,

Wrapping around you holding you,

Embracing you,

Every part of you indigo with its connection to a sense of spirituality,

A sense of being connected to something higher and wiser than you feeling completely supported by this higher power,

This sense of purpose deep down in your being you know you are where you are meant to be and everything is going perfectly and as this awareness soaks right into your very core a sense of relief takes you even deeper and deeper into deep rejuvenating rest that amazing indigo is now being replaced by the clearest,

Purest,

Most serene white mist this beautiful white mist just seems to add an element of clarity and wholeness and oneness to every cell of your body feeling this soft white mist flowing around your legs and your torso smoothly running across your face and through your hair cleansing you,

Purifying you,

Bringing clarity to your mind,

Purity to your body and soul deeply relaxing and allowing the white to move through your whole being and now it's time to come back your body has received such deep delicious rejuvenation equivalent to two hours of sleep you've done amazing starting to remember where you are,

The room that you're in,

Thinking about your surroundings the time of day,

The clothing you're wearing wriggling your toes and your fingers,

Bringing your body back to life,

Body is feeling refreshed taking a few deep breaths,

Slowly opening your eyes ready to carry on with the rest of your day and blessings to you
