Good morning.
This is a meditation to remind you to be present today,
That you are not your mind.
Feel your hands.
You've had those hands for a very long time,
They used to be so small and soft and precious.
They work for you every day,
Picking up things,
Helping you open stuff up.
You are a part of your hands,
But you are more.
You are the consciousness that tells those hands to move around,
To pick things up,
To grow just a little bit more day by day.
It's a beautiful morning to remember who you are,
To take these few minutes and just be with you.
You are not the mind,
The mind is a program.
You are the watcher.
You are the one who is watching the experience.
You are watching things unfold.
You are not the thoughts.
The thoughts are part of the program.
You are the creator.
You get to think.
You are not the automatic thoughts.
You are the thinker.
You are not the program.
You are the creator.
You are the watcher.
You get to watch the thoughts.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
In this day,
Just remember who you are today.
You don't have to put a lot of pressure on what you think you need to do.
Just remember who you are.
Just remember you are not the mind.
You are much more than the mind.
You are part of all that is,
All that exists.
You are the wind that is blowing,
The birds singing.
You are part of it all.
Start your day remembering that.
Start your day knowing that.
Knowing it deep down.
You know you are not your thoughts.
So on this beautiful morning,
Take with you the knowing that you are creator.
