I want you to first start by being aware of your body.
Get comfortable.
Give your body permission to be here.
There is nowhere you need to be.
There is nothing you need to do.
You just need to be right here.
Find stillness within you.
Be very still.
Feel the calmness of your body.
Your body has a knowing that you don't have to do a lot.
Everything is functioning without your knowledge.
Be still.
What do you feel?
What do you feel in stillness?
Connect with your heart.
Let your heart know everything.
Everything is okay.
You don't have to stress.
You don't have to worry.
We will just be here.
What do you feel?
Do you feel any kind of uncomfortableness?
Maybe an ache?
Maybe a pain?
Give your attention to that.
Give your attention to that ache,
To that pain.
But don't move.
You have the power to just be here.
Take a moment to just be here.
To just be with yourself.
With no expectations.
With no rules or guidelines.
Just you and stillness.
As your awareness come back to my voice.
I want you to give your hands your undivided attention.
Don't move.
Just think about them.
How small they used to be.
How many times they pick things up for you.
How they never fail you.
Every day.
Just be still and knowing.
That they will always work for you.
They have always worked for you.
That is how special every part of you is.
It's always working for you.
Sometimes take five minutes to just be still.
To just let it work.
To just thank it.
Thank your body for being your meat suit in this experience.
