Feel the space of where you are.
Everything is always vibrating.
Feel the energy of the present moment.
Breathe in.

If your mind is rambling,
Kindly take control.
Quietly remind yourself that you are in control.
Feel what's in the present moment.

You are not breathing for yesterday.
You are breathing in this moment.
For this moment.
Be present.
Be still.
Feel what stillness feels like.
To not have to move.
To just be here.
Breathe in.
Slowly breathe out.
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
Is your heart calm or filled with anxiety?
Be here for your current self.
For the self that exists right now.
That has gotten you this far.
Now slow down and appreciate the present you.
The you that currently exists in this moment.
The only moment you truly have.
Breathe in.
Slowly breathe out.
Today,
Leave the past behind.
It's gone.
Today,
Find moments to be in the current moment.
To be in the current space.
The current energy that is creating all things.
Be grateful.
Be grateful to have a moment.
Be thankful for all you've done to get here.
Take a few seconds to just be with yourself.
To just be present with yourself.
