Put them in a nice pretty bag and just zipping them up for this moment.
Place the bag away from you.

You are right here with your physical body.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Let go of the need to control.
The need to know how everything is going to go today.
The need to plan it all out so perfectly.
Feel the energy that just flows.
Like your breath.
It just flows.
It doesn't try to control every organ in your body.
It just flows.
Feel yourself breathing right now.
Feel how it is not controlling you.
It just is.
Your breathing is taking its time.
It always slows down for a pause.
It never rushes to the next breath.
It lets go of all control and your body just flows with the knowing that you will take another breath.
Go into your day with the knowing that everything is flowing.
It's flowing for your better good.
You don't have to control any of the outcomes.
Just be.

Just be open to allow your day to flow.
