Meet your Teacher

Sunni T. Connor is an author, meditation teacher, and long-time journaling practitioner who has been using writing as a tool for reflection and self-understanding since childhood. Over the years, she has filled more than one hundred journals, developing a consistent practice that supports emotional clarity, mindset shifts, and personal growth. Drawing from decades of lived experience, meditation training, and intentional journaling, she offers a thoughtful, accessible approach that helps learners slow down, reflect with purpose, and create meaningful inner change.
