Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Let it out slowly.
For these few moments,
Just be right here with your body.
Don't force anything,
Just allow.
Don't force your eyes to stay shut,
Just allow them to comfortably be closed.
Feel the calmness and allowing.
We think we have to fix everything,
But we don't.
We think we have to solve every problem,
But we don't.
We can allow the solution to flow.
We don't have to force anything,
We can simply allow everything.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Allowing yourself to breathe is better than trying to breathe.
You don't have to try to do anything here.
You don't have to force anything to work.
It all just works.
You just have to allow it.
Everything that's on this planet flows and it all works perfectly.
Right now,
Feel the energy of flowing.
It's so calm,
It's so light.
It knows what it's doing.
It feels like no effort,
Yet it just works.
You just work.
You are not broken.
