This talk will tell you how to stop negative thoughts with this one powerful question. I am so excited to share this mental strategy with you all. (which you can probably hear in my voice). This powerful thought came to me in meditation and I've been using it daily and it works! So guys I'm so excited about this.

This morning I was meditating and this came to me and I have to share it with you.

It is a way to immediately get control of your negative thoughts and it is when a negative thought come in your mind if you can be conscious enough you might miss the first negative thought it may be the second one that pop in but if you can be conscious enough if you can ask yourself in that moment that that negative thought pops in is this benefiting me is this thought benefiting me or you can say something like is this thought good for me is this thought helping me whatever feel aligned for you but what it does is it X your mind a question because the mind is always on autopilot so once you get one negative thought it's like the snowball effect it just pick up another one and another one and another one and then before you know it you're down you're depressed your vibration is low you cannot feel good energy feeling things everything feel bad and that's because you have literally self-sabotage yourself with your thoughts before anything actually bad happen so you can take your mind on a journey of everything going wrong before things actually go wrong and that's insane right so I said that to say ask yourself that question and that will slow your mind down and your mind will have to give you an answer and the mind like solving problems and what is not used to is you stopping it and asking it questions so you hear a negative thought and you stop right then and there and say is this serving me is this thought serving me the mind have to say yes or no no it's not there's no way a negative thought is ever serving you ever there's no way possible anything negative is ever gonna serve you self-sabotage to self is never gonna serve self so anything that you're thinking that's making you feel bad making you feel low that is a guaranteed way to know that those thoughts are not coming from your higher self those thoughts are not godly thoughts those thoughts are not universal thoughts they are not all that is thoughts whatever you believe in or whatever higher power you feel those negative thoughts are never coming from there they are all low frequency thoughts and if you do not be the creator of your reality and take control of your mind you will find yourself in a slump when you have these negative thoughts you need that immediate something that can X your mind a question is this thought benefiting me no it's no possible way that that negative thought is good for me right so once the mind comes up to that conclusion you then put yourself on a different vibration immediately immediately the mind has to come up with something else to think about now you at that point have the power because after you ask that question and the answer is no you can immediately find a thought that do benefit you you can say something like well I worked out today I feel good and then you can go on the snowball effect of what feeling good feels like and in that process you will be raising your vibration so other high vibrational things that you are trying to manifest or you're trying to do will immediately come to you these higher frequencies allow you to see things in a totally different totally different perspective which is why I meditate in is so important have an amazing week feel good be good and I will talk to you soon
