Welcome beautiful soul to this guided meditation with affirmations to support you to find balance,

Peace and harmony between your spiritual journey and worldly desires and commitments.

The affirmations are inspired by the Reflective Meditation with the title The Inner Journey To.

Settle into stillness and let your attention rest gently on the rhythm of your breath.

With each exhale feel tension and the weight of the worries of life dissolve leaving only clarity and peace.

Grounded and steady you rest as the fullness of this moment free and complete.

In this quiet presence notice the boundless awareness that holds all that arises.

The stillness,

The flow of being.

There is no separation only the wholeness of what is.

I will repeat each affirmation twice and leave plenty of space for you to repeat the ones that resonate with you.
