Be comfortable in a peaceful place.

This time is for you to calm your busy mind,

Ease tension from your body and soothe your soul.

Feel the stability of the ground beneath you,

Your connection to it,

Detaching from the drama surrounding you.

Observe your natural breath,

If you lose focus,

Allow the times to redirect yourself back to the moment.

Drop your shoulders down away from your ears.

Relax your jaw and your tongue.

Letting go of anxiety and fear allows you to think more clearly and promotes good health and wellbeing.

Bring your attention to your outer breath,

With every breath out you relax and let go.

In this place now you are safe,

Surrounded in peace.

Feel tension ease from your body on every exhale.

Thoughts will come,

Let them float away like a feather on a breeze,

Bringing your attention back to your outer breath and deeper peace.

You have nothing to do,

Simply listen.

Life is ever changing,

Being adaptable to change means a healthier and happier you.

Set the intention to let go of fear and anxiety and free yourself to be your true authentic self.

Breathe in life energy,

You are life.

With every breath you feel lighter.

Imagine a radiant peaceful light energy wash over you from crown to toe.

It absorbs into every aspect of your being,

Washing away your troubles,
