This is a super simple walking meditation. In 1-minute we will walk through a simple technique you can use to calm your body, calm your mind, and increase your focus on the present. You can use this while walking anywhere. The counting removes distraction and can be repeated as long as necessary. The longer you repeat it, the deeper you will go into a state of focus on the present moment and feel greater peace.
