For those who have read Becoming Supernatural and created the vision of what they want to tune into already. In this manifesting meditation, you are tuning into your new potential and creating an experience. This meditation is based on the Tuning Into New Potentials Guided Meditation from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book Becoming Supernatural. Commit to doing this meditation every day at least once per day if not twice or more for at least 30 days. You will see a shift in your life.

You are listening to a meditation from Sound Science Soul.

In this meditation you are tuning into your new potential and creating an experience.

This meditation is based on the tuning into new potentials meditation from Dr.

Joe Dispenza's book,

Becoming Supernatural.

Commit to doing this meditation every day at least once per day if not twice or more for at least 30 days.

You will see a shift.

It may be small.

You may notice meeting someone new or connecting into things you weren't before.

Give up any expectation and continue on after the 30 days once you've proved to yourself that your efforts are working.

Once you achieve 30 days it becomes a habit,

A routine,

And is easier to continue every day.

Let's begin our meditation.

Start by closing your eyes and taking 3 deep breaths.

Breathe in deeply through your nose.

Hold that breath for a bit.

And then release the breath slowly through your mouth.

Breathe in deeply again through the nose.

Hold.

And release the breath slowly through the mouth.

Breathe in one last time through the nose.

Hold.

And finally release the breath slowly through the mouth.

Focus your attention on the different parts of your body around your energy centers or your chakras as well as the space around those parts of your body.

You are blessing these energy centers so you can get stuck energy flowing again.

Focus on the infinite vast space that is behind your eyes.

The eternal unlimited black space.

Focus on the space in and around the center of your head.

Focus on the space between the back of your throat and the back of your head.

Focus on the space beyond your head.

Focus on the space in the center of your throat and the space beyond your throat and around your neck.

Focus on the space in the center of your chest.

Focus on the space around your body.

Focus on the space behind your navel.

Focus on the space around your hips.

See the endless black void around each of these parts.

Take your time feeling the space.

Focus and feel your awareness increasing.

Stay present.

And then move your attention out to focusing on the space of the room you are in and all of the space around it.

Move your attention out to the infinite space beyond the room to all of space,

The endless space that exists.

Then take your attention off your body,

Off your environment,

And off of time.

Become nobody,

No one,

No thing,

Nowhere,

No time.

You are pure consciousness with an awareness into this unlimited space and the endless quantum field where anything is possible.

Whenever you feel yourself pulled away from this awareness,

Keep bringing yourself back to the present moment.

Begin to think about the experience that already exists in the quantum field that you want to tune into.

Remember the letter you've chosen for your experience.

Tune into your future.

When you do so,

You are moving into a new state of being and broadcasting out to the field.

When there's a vibrational match with your energy in that experience,

The new experience will find you.

You don't have to push for it.

Envision your new state of being or experience.

See how it feels,

How it tastes,

How it looks,

How it smells,

And what you are doing.

See yourself here.

Feel your higher level emotions so you can teach your body what your future self feels like emotionally.

Think about the emotions you listed.

Do you feel happy?

Do you feel healthy?

Do you feel joy-filled?

Do you feel peaceful?

Do you feel free?

Do you feel safe?

Do you feel beautiful?

Do you feel confident?

What other emotions do you feel?

This new experience is going to find you.

You don't have to make anything happen.

It might take more than a few meditations.

It could happen in a week or a month or even longer.

Just keep doing this meditation until it occurs.

Once you see your vision,

Feel your higher level emotions and then continually mentally rehearse what it's like living in that future.

Surrender your experience planting a seed in the infinite field of possibilities.

Let it go.

Express gratitude for the possibility,

For your new life,

For your challenges that led you here,

Both past and future.

And be grateful for the new experience before it occurs.

Come back into your room and when ready,

Open your eyes and continue feeling your higher level emotions.

Feeling as though the future has already happened.

And let it all find you.

You can shift your life in ways you never thought possible.

You are whole,

Loved,

And worthy.
