You are listening to a meditation from Sound Science Soul.
This meditation is based in part on the Achieving Alpha method from the book The Silva Mind Control Method by Jose Silva,
And it incorporates the concepts from the Blessing of the Energy Center's meditation from Dr.
Joe Dispenza's book Becoming Supernatural.
Ideally,
You've read both books and worked some with both methods,
But even a beginner can follow along.
The intention here is to bring more light into the body,
To relax your body and mind fully,
And to bring it into full alignment so you can operate as your highest self.
Being in the Alpha level of mind helps to make you more receptive and open up the channel,
While focusing on the Energy Center's opens up the channel further and feeds light into it.
I will first teach you how to enter the Alpha state.
I encourage you to keep your phone or whatever device you are using nearby so you can pause this audio while settling into Alpha.
You will be mostly self-guiding your way into Alpha.
Once you are in Alpha and you've spent whatever time you want to there,
Doing whatever you want to,
Whether that is visualizing or just enjoying relaxation,
Come back to this audio to begin focusing on each of the Energy Centers.
For those who do not pause the audio,
You will hear silence for 15 minutes to give you time to count and settle into Alpha appropriately.
So let's begin.
Sit comfortably straight up on a chair or on a bed or even on the floor.
You can sit cross-legged or with your feet flat on the floor or extend in front of you.
Place your hands loosely in your lap and keep your head straight to your spine erect and begin to breathe deeply,
And each breath allowing yourself to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Take a series of three breaths.
First breathe in deeply through the nose or the mouth,
Whichever you prefer,
And then hold for a second or two,
And then breathe out through the mouth,
Breathing out longer than the inhale.
By doing so,
You activate the parasympathetic nervous system to tell your body to relax.
Now relax.
Breathe in again,
Deeply,
Hold slightly,
Then breathe out slowly and fully through the mouth,
Completely expelling the breath,
Blowing out in a steady stream.
Now relax.
Breathe in again,
Hold for a bit,
Breathe out slowly and fully through the mouth,
Emptying your lungs completely,
Blowing out in a steady stream,
And relax completely now.
Continue breathing in whatever way makes you most comfortable and makes you feel most relaxed.
Now begin to concentrate on one part of your body at a time and consciously relax it,
Moving from your feet to the top of your head.
First focus on the bottom of your left foot,
Relaxing it.
Focus on the bottom of your right foot,
Relax fully.
Bring your attention to your left toes and relax.
Focus on your right toes and relax.
Focus on the top of your left foot,
Relax.
Focus on the top of your right foot,
Relax.
Now focus on your left calf,
Relax it,
And your right calf,
Relax.
Bringing your attention to your left knee,
Relax it,
And then your right knee,
Relax.
Focus in on your left thigh,
Relaxing it completely.
Now doing the same with your right thigh,
Then moving to the area around your perineum and your sex and elimination organs,
And completely relax this area.
Focus in on the lower abdomen,
Relax,
Then place your focus on the upper abdomen,
Feeling a release of tension throughout both these areas and throughout the entire lower body.
Move your attention up into the chest and around the heart center and relax these areas completely.
Focus in on your left fingers,
All five fingers,
Relaxing.
Bring your attention to your right fingers and relax.
Focus your attention on the entire left hand,
Relax.
Then the right hand,
Relax.
Bring your attention to your left forearm,
Relax.
The left elbow,
Relax.
Then the right forearm,
Relax.
The right elbow,
Moving up,
Bring your attention to the upper left arm and relax.
Then the upper right arm,
Relax.
Focus in on your left shoulder,
Relaxing it fully.
Then your right shoulder,
Feeling more relaxed now.
Feeling both arms completely relaxed throughout from shoulder to fingertips.
Move up to the throat and up into your neck,
Feeling all tension release.
And then focus in on the chin,
Move your focus along the side of the face,
Up to the ears,
To the mouth,
Into the cheeks,
To the nose,
Eyes,
The forehead,
Placing attention all over the head and feeling all tension release here.
Feeling completely relaxed throughout the entire body.
Now pick a spot on the wall opposite you,
About 45 degrees above eye level.
Gaze at the spot until your eyelids feel heavy and begin to close.
As your eyelids begin to feel heavy,
Count down from 50 to 1.
And once you are done,
Sit quietly in alpha state.
You will no longer hear my voice,
Only silence for about 15 minutes.
Take as long as you need,
Using the state to create,
Problem solve,
Or just to feel better.
When you hear my voice again,
We will focus on your energy centers,
Opening them up and bringing more light into the body.
You may want to pause the audio here if you need longer time in alpha state.
Now we will focus on each energy center.
Close your eyes,
Choosing here whether or not you want to maintain the 45 degree angle.
Placing your attention on the first center,
The area around your perineum and your sex organs.
This area has to do with reproduction,
Elimination,
Hormones in your sexuality.
It's all about creative energy and when in balance,
Creative energy flows more easily.
Feel the space around this center and out around your body and continue opening up and expanding the space around this center until you can sense the greater space that exists,
The infinite space,
The vastness of space.
As you experience the space around these centers,
See the light that exists here and see that light extending outward.
Once you feel the expanded space around this first center,
Bless it for its highest good and raise its frequency by feeling your elevated emotion of love,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Joy,
Or another emotion.
Now place your attention on the second center,
Located behind and slightly below your navel.
It's connected to the colon,
The pancreas,
The uterus,
The ovaries,
And the lower back.
It's connected with digestion,
Consumption,
Elimination,
And converting food into energy.
It's related to relationships,
Family,
Your culture.
It's also where you hold on to things,
Resist,
Or let go and surrender.
And when in balance,
You feel safe and secure.
Feel the space and the light around the center and out around your body and continue opening up and expanding the space around this center,
Sensing a greater space that exists,
A limitless amount of space.
And as you feel that expansion,
Bless the center for its highest good,
Raising its frequency by feeling a chosen emotion,
An elevated emotion.
Place your attention on the third center that's located in the pit of your gut.
It's connected to the stomach,
The adrenals,
Kidneys,
The spleen,
The liver,
The gallbladder,
And the small intestine.
There are various hormones and enzymes here that are associated with this area that include the liver and stomach enzymes,
Adrenaline and cortisol.
It's connected to your will,
Your personal power,
Your drive,
Your competition,
Self-esteem,
And your aggression.
And when in balance,
You use your will and drive to overcome conditions in your life.
Feel the space around this center,
Feel the light that exists here,
And feel it as it expands around your body as you continue to open up and expand that space around this center,
Sensing a greater space,
Feeling one with all.
As you experience this expansion,
Bless this center for the highest good,
Raising its frequency by feeling an elevated emotion.
It could be love,
Or joy,
Or peace,
Contentment.
Place your attention on the fourth center located near the heart,
Behind your breastbone.
It's connected to the heart,
Lungs,
And thymus gland.
It's associated with oxytocin,
Your growth hormones,
And various chemicals that stimulate the immune system.
It's associated with love,
Kindness,
Gratitude,
Trust,
Compassion.
And when in balance,
We feel whole,
Complete,
Have a love for life,
We care about others,
And we want to do what is in the greatest good.
Feel into the space and the light around this center,
And out around your body,
And open up and expand that space until you can sense the greater space that exists,
The infinite amount of space.
As you feel that expansion,
Bless the center for its highest good,
For the greater good of all,
Raising the frequency as you feel an elevated emotion here.
Place your attention on the fifth center,
In the center of your throat.
Here lies the thyroid,
The saliva glands,
The tissues of the neck,
And the thyroid hormones that control metabolism.
This center is all about expressing love,
About speaking your truth,
Using your voice.
It's about empowerment.
And when in balance,
You voice your truth,
You express love,
You feel free and empowered to express your thoughts and feelings.
Feel the space and the light around the center,
And out around your body,
And open up that space,
And expand that space,
Sensing a greater space,
A vastness of space.
As you feel that vastness,
Bless the center for its highest good,
Raising its frequency by feeling your elevated emotion.
Place your attention on the sixth center,
Located between the back of your throat and the back of your head,
Or at the center of your brain,
Toward the back of your head.
Here lies the pineal gland.
It's associated with higher dimensions,
And when it's open,
You tune into higher frequencies beyond your five senses.
The pineal gland secretes hormones like serotonin and melatonin,
And when in balance,
Your brain is more conscious of your inner and outer worlds and perceives more.
So again,
Feel the space around the center.
Feel the light that exists here,
And feel it expanding out and beyond your body.
Continue opening up that space,
Expanding that space,
Sensing that a greater space exists that you are a part of.
As you feel that expansion,
Bless this center for the greatest good,
And raise the frequency of this center,
Feeling an elevated emotion.
Now place your attention on the seventh center,
In the center of your head,
Where lies your pituitary gland.
This is associated with divinity and your highest level of consciousness.
When in balance,
This means you are in harmony with all things.
Feel the space around the center,
The light that exists here,
And feel it extending out around your body.
Continue opening up that space and that light,
Sensing a greater space,
An unlimited amount of space,
And as you feel that expanded space,
Bless the center for the highest good.
Feel an elevated emotion to raise the frequency of this center.
You may choose love,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Joy,
Or another emotion.
Now finally,
Place your attention on the eighth and final center,
Located about 16 inches above your head.
Simply bless the center with gratitude,
Feeling the elevated emotion of gratitude.
This energy center is connected to the quantum field.
It is your direct connection to the universe,
To all,
And when this center is open,
You gain insights,
Deeper understandings,
And creative information,
Not from yourself,
But from the universe,
Or the unified field,
Or whatever you call the power greater than self.
Now place your attention on the electromagnetic field that surrounds your body.
You are creating a unified new field of energy.
As your body draws new electromagnetic energy,
You increase your light,
You increase your energy,
You increase your frequency,
And you become less matter.
Now lie still for at least 15 minutes,
Surrendering,
And allowing your autonomic nervous system to integrate the new information into your body.
You will now no longer hear my voice.
