Have created a program in your subconscious that affects how you look at yourself and the world.

Why wouldn't you reprogram your subconscious mind to believe what you want to?

Listen to these affirmations for 30 days,

At least once per day,

Two to three times each day is even better.

Simply play them in the background,

While you are in the car,

While you are working,

Cleaning,

Cooking,

Or doing any other activity.

You don't need to pay attention to the messages.

At the end of 30 days you will see a shift,

And you will feel differently in some way.

While not all of these affirmations may resonate with you,

Many of them will.

Take what you need,

And your mind can ignore what you don't need.

And all of these statements will lead to a better life.
