Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) can be used to rejuvenate, awaken, or increase focus and creativity. NSDR, also called Yoga Nidra, is a state of deep rest that can be achieved without the need for sleep. It's great for days when you didn't get a good night's sleep, that afternoon slump, or even to use to get to sleep at night, or if you wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. This is a form of biohacking meditation, where you use meditation techniques for performance.
