This recording also works very well for a walking meditation or running meditation. Obviously, one would ignore the instruction to close the eyes. But, other than that, it works wonderfully well.

I fall asleep just listening to Shinzen voice ! due to back injury, I choose to meditate lying down. Interestingly, I always wake up when he says his last word 😉
