This is not your average sleep meditation.

This is a nightly nervous system melt,

A gentle descent back into the sanctuary of your own inner world,

Where the day dissolves and you remember your inner truth again.

You have been carrying so much today,

All of the doing,

The conversations,

The screens and the scrolling,

The thoughts about tomorrow,

The pressure to keep up,

The millions of tiny stimulations that never give your mind a moment to breathe.

But right now,

It is just you,

You and your inner world,

You and the softest invitation to let everything else fall away.

It's time to let the outside world slip out of focus.

Take some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in through your nose,

Gathering all the noise you absorbed today and let it all fall out your mouth in soft exhales,

Melting the surface tension of your mind.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

Gathering up the weight that's sitting in your chest,

Your jaw and your shoulders,

And long exhales that let all that weight loosen and dissolve.

Feel yourself beginning to melt,

Just quietly dissolving the layers you've carried all day.

With every breath,

Feel yourself gently dissolving into the deepest parts of yourself,

Entering your own inner being.

And let all the weight slide off you now.

The expectations,

The roles,

The people,

The thoughts,

Feel it all slipping away like warm water running off your skin.

Nothing clinging,

Nothing gripping,

Nothing blocking you from connecting deeply to yourself.

A weightless floating landscape that feels like the quiet side of the universe.

No walls,

No edges,

No gravity,

Just safety,

Just softness,

Just stillness.

Just the place inside of you that's been waiting for you to come home.

Let yourself drift into it,

Float in this space inside yourself.

Let your whole being feel suspended in safety.

Your body melts.

Your mind softens.

Everything you don't need is melting away.

Letting go.
