Welcome to your daily intention practice to set yourself up for a positive day ahead.

Living with intention is one of the most powerful habits you can adopt for yourself as where your attention goes your energy flows.

When you consciously choose how you would like your day to evolve and build a positive mindset it helps you to feel more uplifted resilient and confident.

You sow the seeds for how you want to show up as well as what you would like to happen.

This sets you on a purposeful path for the coming day.

When you set your intention you always keep it in the positive and in the present.

It could be an attitude you wish to bring as simple as I am confident or I am vibrant or perhaps it's around something that you wish to complete.

When I invite you to set your intention allow it to be something that makes you feel uplifted for the positive potential of what is to come.

Let's begin.

Feel yourself in the space around you.

Take a moment to land.

Arrive in this moment in this new day with all its potential and opportunity.

Feel your sit bones on your chair.

Create a place of center and a sense of groundedness.

A firm foundation for your practice and your day ahead.

Lift up through your spine and let your shoulders drop back and down and open through your heart and your front body.

This simple adjustment in posture invites an openness and receptivity as well as lets your mind know that you are confident and capable.

With the beautiful posture you've created let there be a softness within the body.

Letting any areas where you might be holding release.

Invite your body into a sense of ease allowing any tightness to simply melt away.

Settling into presence.

I invite you into a contemplation of how you would like to show up in your day.

What qualities do you want to bring?

It could be confidence,

Calmness,

Empowered,

Joyful.

Tapping into how you wish to feel.

Bring that feeling in now.

You may like to visualize yourself going about your day embodying those qualities.

What would you like to happen in your day?

You may like to see your day playing out in a positive way.

Moving easily through anything that comes your way,

Navigating your day effectively.

What would you like to create in your day?

What is one action or way of being that when you lay your head on your pillow tonight would make you feel like it's been a good day.

From this place I invite you to set your intention.

And when you have your intention that feels right for you today,

Repeat it to yourself silently three times.

Sowing it like a seed for it to grow and bloom into fruition.

It is done.

Now that you've set your positive intention,

Come back to your breath.

Take a few big deep breaths in.

Welcoming in the energy of the day.

Invite a feeling of vibrancy to flood your entire body.

Take a big morning stretch,

Elongating your body.

Ready to move through your day with a sense of positive intention and confidence.
