This tapping script helps you acknowledge your fear and worry,
Soothe the stress response and invite calm and clarity in its place.

Even though I feel this fear and worry in my body,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I've been holding onto fear and worrying about things I can't control,
I choose to be gentle with myself.
Even though it's hard to let go of this worry,
I'm open to the idea that peace is possible.
Tapping through the points,
Starting with the eyebrow point.
I feel this fear in my body.
Side of the eye,
All this worry racing around my mind.
Under the eye,
It's hard to switch off.
Under the nose,
My brain is doing its best to protect me.
On the chin,
But it feels exhausting.
On the collarbone,
I feel it in my chest.
Just note here,
Where do you feel it in your body?
Maybe it's in your throat.
Maybe it's in your stomach.
Just tap on the collarbone.
Notice where you feel it and say it out loud.
Under the arm,
This fear is holding me back.
Top of the head,
But I choose to acknowledge it and treat myself with compassion.
Eyebrow point,
I know my fear is trying to keep me safe.
Side of the eye,
My mind thinks worrying will protect me.
Under the eye,
But sometimes it just makes it worse.
Under the nose,
I've learned to anticipate danger.
On the chin,
But it's okay to stop and breathe now.
On the collarbone,
I don't need to carry all this fear alone.
Under the arm,
I can support myself with love,
Not pressure.
Top of the head,
I'm learning to trust myself more each day.
Let's keep going,
Tapping on the eyebrow point.
It's okay that I've been worrying.
Side of eye,
I honor this part of me that wants to protect me.
Under the eye,
I've been doing the best I can.
Under the nose,
I'm allowed to feel fear.
On the chin,
And I'm allowed to let it go.
On the collarbone,
I give myself permission to relax.
Under the arm,
I give my body permission to relax.
Top of the head,
And I am open to feeling safe right now.
Eyebrow,
Letting go of this tension one breath at a time.
Side of eye,
I release the pressure to have all the answers.
Under the eye,
I don't have to control everything.
Under the nose,
I can trust the process of my life.
On the chin,
I release what's not mine to carry.
On the collarbone,
I'm allowing trust to grow inside of me.
Under the arm,
I choose peace over panic.
Top of the head,
I am grounded,
Calm and capable.
Final round,
Eyebrow,
I choose to respond with trust.
Side of eye,
I let my breath anchor me in this moment.
Under the eye,
I feel more peaceful now.
Under the nose,
I choose to carry this calm for the rest of my day.
On the chin,
I give myself full permission to feel safe.
On the collarbone,
I am resilient,
Steady and present.
Under the arm,
I trust myself to handle whatever comes my way.
Top of the head,
I feel at peace.
Okay,
Let's go to the closing affirmation.
We're going to go to the side of the hand and tap here.
I am safe in this moment.
I release fear and replace it with grounded trust.
I carry peace and clarity with me.
My nervous system is settling and I feel calm.
I am free to live without constant worry.
