Welcome to this powerful but gentle EFT tapping script,
Focused on releasing anxiety,
Alleviating stress and promoting calm.
Follow along tapping through the points and repeat the words after me.
The words used are ones which often come up in client sessions,
But if you have words that resonate more,
Please use them.
You may find that during tapping you want to yawn or stretch.
This is perfectly normal and shows that the energy is shifting and releasing in your body.
You can return to this audio anytime you like.
It will only get better and release different layers that may be holding you back.
If a particular round resonates with you deeply,
Press pause and go back to it,
Repeating until you feel ready to move to the positive at the end.
Take your time.
So let's begin tapping on the side of the hand.
Tapping here will say these words and repeat them after me.
I'll leave space for you.
Even though I feel this anxiety in my body and it feels overwhelming,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though this anxiety feels so intense and I don't know how to calm down,
I choose to be open to releasing it now.
Even though I feel this anxiety in my body and it feels overwhelming,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though this anxiety feels so intense and I don't know how to calm down,
I choose to be open to releasing it now.
Even though I feel stuck in this anxious state,
I'm willing to find relief and embrace a sense of calm.
Tapping through the points.
Let's start with the eyebrow.
This anxious feeling.
Side of the eye.
I feel it in my body.
Under the eye.
It's hard to slow down.
Under the nose.
I feel overwhelmed.
On the chin.
There's so much on my mind.
On the collarbone.
This anxiety is heavy.
Under the arm.
I want to let it go but it's hard.
Top of the head.
This anxious energy.
Let's keep going.
Eyebrow point.
This anxiety feels so strong.
Side of the eye.
I feel it in my mind and my body.
Just note where you're feeling it and say it out loud.
Under the eye.
I can't control it.
Under the nose.
My thoughts feel overwhelming.
Chin.
It's hard to focus or feel grounded.
Collarbone.
This stress is taking over and I feel stuck.
Under the arm.
I feel it in my chest,
My stomach,
My shoulders.
Top of the head.
This heavy overwhelming anxiety.
Okay and now let's just honour how you're feeling.
Eyebrow.
It's okay to feel anxious right now.
Side of the eye.
I'm acknowledging these feelings without judgement.
Under the eye.
My body is just trying to keep me safe.
Under the nose.
Even though it feels uncomfortable,
I know I can handle this.
Chin.
I honour my feelings but they don't define me.
Collarbone.
This is just energy moving through my body.
Under the arm.
I am safe even with these anxious feelings.
Top of the head.
I'm open to letting this anxiety soften.
Let's keep going.
Eyebrow.
I'm beginning to feel lighter.
Side of the eye.
I release the tightness in my body.
Under the eye.
Letting go of the tension in my chest and stomach.
Under the nose.
I release these racing thoughts.
On the chin.
It's safe to let go of the overwhelm.
Collarbone.
Releasing what no longer serves me.
Under the arm.
Breathing out this anxiety with each exhale.
Top of the head.
Creating space for calm and peace.
Eyebrow.
I choose calm and relaxation now.
Side of the eye.
I feel my breath slowing down.
Under the eye.
I'm inventing a sense of safety into my body.
Under the nose.
I am grounded and present in this moment.
On the chin.
I am letting peace flow through me.
On the collarbone.
I am calm.
I am safe.
I am at ease.
Under the arm.
I trust that I can handle anything that comes my way.
Top of the head.
I am free,
Peaceful and in control of my life.
Final round.
Eyebrow point.
This day may have surprises in store for me.
Side of the eye.
But whatever happens,
I give myself permission to be present.
Under the eye.
To see every moment as an opportunity.
Under the nose.
I am choosing to know that I can handle whatever opportunities may arise today.
On the chin.
And it's okay if I don't do everything perfectly,
All the way I planned.
On the collarbone.
I allow myself to be who I am.
Under the arm.
To show up authentically and be me.
Top of the head.
The most brilliant version that I can imagine.
Come back to tapping on the side of the hand as we close with these few lines.
I am grateful for this moment of calm.
I release all anxiety and replace it with trust and peace.
I choose to carry this sense of calm with me throughout the day.
Stop tapping.
Take a deep breath.
And release.
I hope that you feel calmer now,
But if you need to go back and repeat any of these stages,
Please do.
Change the words for ones that resonate with you more.
Include where did you feel it in your body.
And get descriptive,
Get creative at describing that.
I wish you well.
