It's a new morning.
Also a good opportunity to listen to a guided meditation or just to sit in silence before starting the day.

During your day,
In the afternoon or at night,
That doesn't really matter,
Of course.
Let us once more tune into what is important,
Or at least what is helpful for you to live a life that is in alignment.
How can you live with an open heart?
How can we find peace beyond all suffering?
For this to become clear,
It might be helpful for you to tune into that in life which seems to be difficult for you,
Just for a short moment,
Not too deep.
But when you have your eyes closed,
Just tune into that which seems to be difficult for you.
What are you running into?
And as this becomes clear,
Imagine yourself to be in a situation where it seems to be quite intense.
Imagine to suddenly rest.
No thinking for a short moment.
A deep sigh of relief might automatically occur.
The situation that seems to be difficult for you might still be there,
But in that moment where you rest.
Just rest.
No longer judge.
No thoughts.
Once again,
There will be a more peaceful state.
And if this happens automatically during your day because of listening to messages like these,
You'll notice that life will flow more easily.
And situations might change very unexpectedly,
Which is very beautiful.
Each time when a short moment arises,
A short moment in which thoughts are no longer there,
Just for a couple of seconds,
No thinking.
Life is showing itself.
You,
Your true essence,
This spacious open presence presents itself.
And there you are,
In the midst of all your troubles,
Your feelings of despair maybe.
Your doubt,
Your jealousy,
Whatever is active or at least seems to be active in your life.
It will be seen with new eyes.
A open wisdom,
One could say,
Is there.
In those moments,
Suddenly you are no longer thinking yourself to be a person,
A me.
It's no longer about me,
Me,
Me,
Which is a great relief in and of itself.
Not feel so locked up as being this person.
And when this happens moment to moment during your day,
Because you're listening to this message,
You will truly be able to notice a beautiful shift in your life.
Talking with other people and suddenly truly listening,
No longer judging,
No longer wanting anything from the other.
Or from your so-called self.
Dropping into your heart when meeting other people or when being with yourself.
The self refills itself,
The true self,
Which isn't judgmental.
Which is always at peace,
Always stable.
You,
Your true essence,
Is never,
Never affected by anything.
Knowing this and experiencing this moment to moment in your life is a true gift.
So may we keep on practicing together,
Resting moment to moment.
