Today we're going to focus on peace.
I know,
Yes,
Peace is the program,
But today we're really gonna focus on the peace that's at your core.
And for a little three to five minute meditation today,
I want you to feel into that peace,
To find it in there by moving all the other stuff aside.
Just put it over there for now,
You don't need it right now,
Anything else?
Okay,
Everything else goes over there.
Let it just fly away and focus on that peace and when you feel this peace,
I want you to let it expand and grow all the way,
Filling up your entire body and then outward,
Beyond your body,
As far as you can send it,
In all directions,
Just expanding the peace.
The peace that is you is not just limited to your body,
So don't think it's got to stay in here,
In this little case,
No no no no,
Let it get bigger.
Feel it grow and what is that like?
Check in with yourself,
Just let peace grow and expand.
Notice your body and the way your body responds to this exercise.
And I would like you to come back during the day to the way this feels,
Okay,
Just remember how it feels to have peace expanded,
Okay?

Just remember how it feels to the point where you can imagine it again,
You don't have to do it for three to five minutes,
The second or third time later,
Today unless you want to,
But I want you to come back and just realign with that feeling because we are training the nervous system to be comfortable in alignment with that and that's part of this program.
