Hello and welcome to day seven.

I'm so glad you're here.

So I hope you're enjoying this course so far.

It's like the end of the first week so good job!

And I want to remind you that today we're going to be focusing on being present.

This is going to come back a lot in this course because it's really,

Really key.

Here is the thing I want you to do.

Today of course your task is to bring yourself back to the present whenever you find your mind wandering to the past or the future.

That sounds simple.

It isn't but that's okay.

I want you to do one step more though.

Every time you realize that you're present or bring yourself back to the present moment and notice the present moment and what's happening right now and pay attention only to that,

I want you also to notice how that feels.

Because that's really important.

Because why I do it if it sucks and doesn't suck.

But how it feels to be in the present moment.

When I am in the present moment I'm not stressed.

I am focused.

I am actually able to notice more things around me than when I'm off when my mind is off thinking of something else.

But when I'm here I can take in the atmosphere of this room.

I can feel good about what I'm doing,

Feel capable and able to handle it.

I can feel relaxed and pretty happy just being here now.

So this is your task.

Again when you bring yourself to the present moment today,

Many times during the day please,

I want you also to notice how it feels to you.

Okay?

Great.

Keep me posted.

Thanks.

See you tomorrow.

You

Thank you this made me feel so happy remembering how it feels to be present and how it feels to make positive choices. I am grateful I was able to listen to this today β˜ΊοΈπŸ™βœ¨πŸ’–πŸ’œβ€οΈπŸ’™πŸ€

πŸ’–how does it feel? Such a great prompt, much better than the command to "be present," thank youπŸ’–
