So today I'm going to teach you a very powerful phrase.
You've probably heard it before,
But I bet you didn't know how powerful it is.
And that phrase is that was then this is now that was then this is now what that phrase means is something that happened before.
It doesn't mean it's going to happen again.
That's what that means.
It takes away the idea that everything is consistent and everything keeps happening the same way,
The same way,
The same way,
And it's never going to change.
That's a limiting belief of gigantic proportions.
And we don't need to reinforce that in our minds.
Even if something hasn't worked out the way we intended or thought or imagined it would once or twice or three times doesn't mean that there isn't a way.
So I think a wonderful phrase to open to the infinite possibilities of the infinite possibilities of something better is to say,
Well,
That was then,
But this is now like,
I am in a different mind space right now.
I am open to all of the potential of the very best and highest outcome in my life and expecting the same.
And maybe back then I wasn't,
But whatever reason that was then this is now.
And now is when I'm open to having the,
All the goals and desires of my highest and best fulfilled with ease.
So if perhaps in the past you were in a more negative mindset,
Well,
That was then and this is now.
We have the capacity to grow and change in every unfolding moment.
If we want to,
That's all it takes is wanting to and putting into place the possibility that is totally possible.
Okay.
So I want you to really reflect on that today.
That was then,
This is now,
Use that phrase when you catch yourself thinking that nothing's going to change or things can't change.
Remember that was then,
This is now.
Unfolding in this moment is another opportunity.
So embrace your opportunities today.
Sit with that for a little while and bring it back into your day.
