In today's exercise,
You're going to think of your favorite vacation spot.
Really imagine being there and how it feels to be there because that's really what I want is to connect with how it feels.
Connect with how it feels to be in that vacation spot and hold that feeling for a good three to five minutes.
Just take that time.
Turn off your phone.
Separate your time.
Take that little bit of time and really immerse yourself in imagining that you are in your favorite vacation spot.
What's it look like?
What's it sound like?
All those things.
Okay.
And how's it smell?
If it has a smell,
Hopefully a nice smell.
Anyways,
Just make it the most beautiful,
Happy thing to think about and imagining yourself there.
Because you'll notice that as you do,
Your body relaxes and you feel good and happy.
That's what we're going for is filling yourself with those good feelings today.

And I want you to come back to this mental vacation place.

I want you to come back to it a couple times today and sink into that feeling of happiness and relaxation and how good it feels to be surrounded by beauty.
