So bring yourself into your space and start to notice your body straight away.
See if you can relax your shoulders.
See if you can sense the weight of your left leg and your right leg.
Notice your connection to the ground.
Feel your feet on the ground.
As if you were a tree has roots going into the earth.
Notice any thoughts or emotions and with each out breath let thoughts or emotions sink into the ground.
Visualize each breath moving from your head all the way down to the ground.
Relax your jaw.
Let your eyes grow heavy and let your breath move down your body and into the ground.
Feel your body letting go.
If anything comes up just keep letting it go through your breath into the ground.
Let go of trying too hard.
Let go of all efforts and release everything down your body into the earth.
Now I'm going to say some words and just allow whatever comes up to come up.
The earth,
Waves in the ocean,
Bird flying high,
Sunset,
Smiling baby,
A leaf blowing in the wind,
A game of tennis,
People dancing,
Celebration,
Fireworks,
Stars in the sky,
A warm drink,
A warm hug,
People laughing hysterically and moon in the sky.
Start to move your fingers slowly waking up the body and start to move your toes and really be in the body and in the present moment,
Right here,
Right now and open your eyes once you're ready and just be with the experience.
