This track will help you to dissolve the noisy mind and to come into a place of grounding. Please don't try too hard, just let the words wash through you, and see if you can let go of that. Let me know how it went, and feel free to message me if anything comes up that you'd like to share

Transcript

So bring yourself into your space and start to notice your body straight away.

See if you can relax your shoulders.

See if you can sense the weight of your left leg and your right leg.

Notice your connection to the ground.

Feel your feet on the ground.

As if you were a tree has roots going into the earth.

Notice any thoughts or emotions and with each out breath let thoughts or emotions sink into the ground.

Visualize each breath moving from your head all the way down to the ground.

Relax your jaw.

Let your eyes grow heavy and let your breath move down your body and into the ground.

Feel your body letting go.

If anything comes up just keep letting it go through your breath into the ground.

Let go of trying too hard.

Let go of all efforts and release everything down your body into the earth.

Now I'm going to say some words and just allow whatever comes up to come up.

The earth,

Waves in the ocean,

Bird flying high,

Sunset,

Smiling baby,

A leaf blowing in the wind,

A game of tennis,

People dancing,

Celebration,

Fireworks,

Stars in the sky,

A warm drink,

A warm hug,

People laughing hysterically and moon in the sky.

Start to move your fingers slowly waking up the body and start to move your toes and really be in the body and in the present moment,

Right here,

Right now and open your eyes once you're ready and just be with the experience.

Thank you so so much for the delightful, grounding, smile enducing unique meditation. It brought up so many lovely images in my minds eye. A child's smile, a bird soaring, waves rolling in, a glorious sunset, our moon or stars in a night sky, all so joy producing. Interesting that the tennis sort of jarred me into a different space, but still a my new favorite for sure🙏5 months later and I still LOVE listening to this🙏 I can float and smile with each image, but tennis just still jars me and brings up thwacking sounds😉

Surprising and quite joyful. Loved the words and phrases. I once made a set of photos of joyful things that I use as a computer screensaver and it brought that to mind.
