So today I'm going to be guiding you through a deep healing and forgiveness meditation.
This comes from an old Hawaiian tradition,
A prayer,
Or a mantra you can call it,
Which allows us to release some toxic emotions or thoughts.
It allows us to really connect to other humans and feel lighter.
So to begin,
As always,
Just get yourself into a comfortable place.
Somewhere where you can rest peacefully.
Imagine you can spend the next moments really listening,
Dropping everything that's happened in your day.
Imagine you could put it all into a box,
The day,
The energies,
The physical sensations,
The emotions,
Put it all into a box and bury it into the ground for a moment.
You can always come back when we're done to pick it up again,
If you wish.
But for now,
Just allow yourself full permission to just be here listening to me and listening to yourself.
Start to become aware of your breathing.
Just watching it,
Watching it inflate and deflate.
Not trying to do anything to control it.
Just letting it be.
Such a strange concept sometimes,
Isn't it?
To just watch your breath.
But it's here all day long.
Breath is always there.
So give it some attention right now.
By just watching it.
Breath comes in.
Perhaps it's cool air.
Breath goes out.
Perhaps it's slightly warmer.
Feel your whole body grounded.
And see if you can ground some more.
Breathing in.
Life.
Breathing out,
Let yourself sink into the ground.
I'm going to repeat the mantra.
So you can repeat it in your head.
Or you can just listen to me.
You can even repeat it out loud.
Do whatever suits you.
But first,
Connect with your heart.
See if you can listen to your heartbeat.
Just like the breath.
This heart is there all the time.
So give it some attention.
And the mantra is,
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
So perhaps you're holding on to something.
Perhaps you are feeling some tension for another person.
Perhaps there's just something inside you.
Some resentment.
Some disconnection with a person in your life.
So use this mantra and imagine a person in your life.
Or it might be multiple people.
Or it could even be yourself.
A version of yourself.
Do whatever serves you.
Imagine this person in your mind's eye as you feel into the mantra and repeat it.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.

Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
And feel these words penetrate into your whole being.
Even if it feels difficult,
It might bring up some emotions.
Just let them be.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.

I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
And see how you're feeling right now.
Just let it sink in.
Let yourself feel.
In your heart.
And breathe in and out.
Long,
Deep breaths.
And start to gently move your fingers slightly.
In your toes.
Feel your body.
See if you can find an inner smile.
And when you're ready,
Gently bat open your eyelids.
And notice the effect of the practice.
Perhaps take some time to write down what your experience was like.
And really allow yourself to absorb the experience before moving on into your day.
Gift yourself a few more moments savouring time with yourself.
Thanks for your attention today.
And we will speak soon.
