Hi I'm Raj Garcia and this is a quick yoga nidra for rapid rest and reset.
Lay down and get yourself as comfortable as possible.
Open your palms,
Relax your body and just allow yourself to be,
To be here just for now.
Just notice your entire body laid out and allow it to just rest.
Nothing for you to do right now apart from listen to my voice and bring awareness to different parts of the body.
Nothing to do,
Just be aware of each body part as I say its name.
The left foot,
Be aware of the left foot.
The left calf,
Left knee,
Left leg,
Left glute,
Left hip and the entire length of the left leg.
The right foot,
The right calf,
The right knee,
The right upper leg,
Right glute,
Right hip and the entire length of the right leg.
Both legs together at the same time.
The lower back,
The upper back,
Back of the neck,
Back of the head,
The entire back of the body,
All parts of the body laying down.
The left hand,
The left forearm,
Left elbow,
Left upper arm,
Left shoulder,
The whole left arm,
The right hand,
The right forearm,
The right elbow,
The right upper arm,
The right shoulder and the whole right arm.
Both arms together at the same time.
The right chest and the left chest,
The heart in the center,
The neck,
The jaw,
The upper lip and the lower lip,
Space in the mouth,
The right nostril and the left nostril,
Both nostrils together,
The right ear listening and the left ear listening,
The right eye and the left eye,
Both eyes together,
The point between the eyebrows,
The forehead and the top of the head,
The entire front of the body,
The entire left side of the body,
The entire right side of the body,
Left side,
Right side,
Back of the body,
Front of the body and the whole body,
Whole body,
All one,
Whole body.
Just notice your breath lifting your body and sinking your body.
Feel light and feel heavy,
Feel hot and cold,
In breath and out breath and then count down from five breaths to one,
Just watching as your breath naturally breathes in for five,
Breathes out for five,
Breathes in for four,
Breathes out for four and continue counting.
Now start finishing the practice by moving your fingers and your toes gently and then gently open your eyes and have a wonderful day.
Enjoy what you've cultivated,
Notice how you feel.
I'll see you later.
