After experiencing her own significant shift initiated by Yogic and Buddhist psychology, hatha yoga, breath control/awareness, and meditation, Chantelle her teaching career to allow a new life-calling to guide her forward. Using these gifts from Eastern wisdom traditions, as well as lived experience, for the last 20 years Chantelle has helped hundreds of people in overcoming life challenges, internal obstacles and everyday stress so they can restore inner peace and lead intentional lives. In 2007, she left her decade-long career as an elementary school teacher and dove deep into studying the roots of yoga while raising their two daughters. She studied under Shri Yogi Hari in the U.S. and Swami Nityamuktananda in India, both direct students of Swami Vishnudevanada, the founder of Sivananda Hatha Yoga. In 2013, Chantelle founded Prana Yoga & Wellness to offer mindfulness-based stress management to corporate clients. She also taught group and individual yoga and yoga-based personal development classes, as well as ran multi-day transformational retreats. In 2023, Chantelle completed a post-graduate degree in counselling psychology to become a registered clinical counsellor with a private practice. As a result Prana Yoga & Wellness has evolved to "Prana Self-Care Services". Chantelle lives and plays in Victoria, BC with her Hungarian Vizsla.

Thankyou. I have listened to the group chanting and did this one for change....they are both excellent, and helpful to someone who has just joined a local group. .
