3-Part Breath

This is a collection of sequential practices developed for a research project at Wheeling University. In the study, participants practiced daily (30 minutes each) for eight weeks. Each week was a new guided breathing practice. There were statistically significant improvements in pain status, disability status, and quality of life with as little as 2 sessions per week.
