Emotional eating can make us feel stuck, frustrated, and stressed. It can send us around in circles of despair and anxiety. All we are looking for is a release. A release from the pressures and stresses of the world. It's okay! I'm here for you. This meditation can give you that release at a deep level. At a soul level. Allowing you to feel more relaxed and at ease in your very own safe space. I understand how important it is for us to feel safe and relaxed in this world and I want you to feel that in this meditation and beyond. This is your time for yourself. Enjoy it, it feels good to connect with your deeper nature.

Hello friend,

Welcome to this meditation to ease emotional eating.

Sometimes we can feel so stuck,

So lost,

So frustrated that we turn to food as a release,

As a way to cope with the complexities of life.

Don't worry,

This meditation can be your release right now,

A way to release,

Let go and be free in your very own safe space,

Easing your emotional eating.

Give yourself permission to have this time,

This is a time for you.

Not worrying about anything else,

Just listening to the sound of my voice for the next while.

In the next moment,

I am going to count to ten.

When we reach ten,

You will have reached your very own safe space,

A space where you can fully relax,

Fully be yourself and fully be free.

With each number,

Imagine that you are climbing a stairs,

A stairway to a closed door that leads you to your safe space.

One,

Climbing the first step.

The step is old and creaky,

Just breathing if you wish.

Blowing the cobwebs away,

You are at the start of your journey.

It only gets better from here.

Two,

Stepping up,

Beginning to feel a little looser.

Three,

Your vibration and energy is shifting.

Four,

Black debris starts to come off of you.

This debris is the repressed emotions that cause the emotional eating.

Four,

Relaxing,

Relaxing,

Relaxing.

Five,

Halfway there.

The black debris now begins to come off at an accelerated rate.

Six,

Notice the weight coming off.

Stripping away layers of repression,

Layers of anxiety,

Layers of isolation.

Seven,

At this level the lightness begins to take over.

You are powerful.

Feel your body become lighter.

Feel it become energized.

All the black debris has now come off you.

Your vibration and overall energy has risen to new heights.

Any dark energy or low vibrations cannot exist here.

They immediately evaporate.

Ten,

You are so light,

So fresh,

So relaxed.

You notice in front of you that there is a locked door.

This door can be any color,

Shape or size you wish.

But how do you open it?

This door is a special door.

It only opens with your touch,

Specific to you.

Touch the door.

Notice it swing open.

What does your safe space look like?

Is it a rose garden?

Is it your bedroom?

Is it a lake?

Is it an ancient forest?

Is it a tropical island?

This is specific to your needs.

Notice this space.

Notice how it makes you feel.

Do you feel free and happy?

Maybe a little bit of excitement?

In the middle of your safe space,

You notice that there is a button labeled release from emotional eating.

You are very intrigued.

Press this button.

It's completely safe.

As you press the button,

An energy flows out of it.

This can be whatever color you feel the most safe with.

This energy releases you.

It is the release that replaces the fickle sensations you receive from emotional eating.

It is exactly what you have been looking for.

A deeper release.

A release at a soul level.

Notice it flow into your body.

Going from your head to your toes.

Cleansing everything in its way.

Filling your body with an unstoppable power.

An unstoppable relaxation.

An unstoppable confidence.

Your whole body is filled with this energy.

Releasing.

Releasing.

Releasing.

The energy goes so deep.

It feels so relaxing.

Anytime you feel the urge to binge or overeat,

Just call upon this energy.

Whenever you want it,

It shows its head.

This is your special energy.

Specific to your needs and wants.

Sit for a while here,

Noticing what comes up inside your body with this special energy.

Remembering you're in your safe space.

Allowing everything to come and everything to go.

This is your safe space.

Now just leaving your safe space behind you.

Taking the special energy with you.

This safe space will always be here for you.

Whenever you need it most.

It's never going to go anywhere.

Then shutting the door behind you.

Going back down the stairs.

The stairs looks really bright and clean now.

Counting down.

Ten.

Eight.

Coming down the stairs.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Coming back to your body.

Four.

Three.

Moving around.

Two.

Waking yourself back up.

One.

Opening your eyes with a smile on your face and a special energy within your system.

You are safe.

You are ready for the world.
