So just finding a comfortable space for yourself,
Closing your eyes,
Coming down into this moment.
For the next few moments,
It's just going to be me and you.
Just listening to the sound of my voice and following along.
There's no pressure.
There's nothing you can do wrong.
Just listening and following.
Taking a big cleansing breath in through the nose,
Opening the lungs and out through the mouth.
Tension releasing.
Now imagining that you are on a wonderful beach.
So warm and lovely.
This beach isn't just any beach.
It is a beach specifically made for your emotions.
It brings out your emotional body completely.
Look at your body and notice that it's not your physical body anymore.
It's your emotional body.
Whatever that may feel like to you.
As you walk along this beach,
This emotional body feels heavy.
It feels sluggish.
It feels like it's in need of a cleanse.
You hear the sea beside you flowing in and out.
So peaceful.
So tranquil.
It calls you in.
As you go into the sea,
It feels so warm and comforting.
You submerge your whole emotional body in it.
So tranquil.
Feel the warmness right now.
Feel the soothing nature.
Embody yourself within this scene.
The seawater surrounds your emotional body.
It knows that there is emotions in here that need to be expressed.
It encourages you to feel what's coming up now within your emotional body.
Feeling the sensations of it.
Emotions have a physical root.
The water encourages you to just notice.
Notice.
Whatever is here,
Feel.
If it's comfort,
Lean into it.
This may feel warm,
Tingly or light.
If it's discomfort,
Feel it.
Lean into it.
You may feel pressure,
Pain,
Numbness.
It's okay.
The seawater reassures you that there's nothing wrong you can feel.
If you feel nothing at all,
Do not worry.
That's okay.
Feel nothing.
Be here with it.
The water soaks into the emotional body.
Washing away any heaviness.
Helping you with the expression of what you are feeling.
The water is a great friend.
A great helper.
A true healer.
As you feel what's coming up,
Noticing that with each feel,
Heaviness dispels into the seawater.
Making your emotional body feel light and energetic.
The water soaks up any intense emotions.
Helping you with regulation.
It balances anything that is too much or too little.
It flows into the intricate cells of the emotional body.
The fundamentals of it.
Not missing even a small area.
From shallow to deep.
Getting a deep cleanse from this water.
It's okay whatever you are feeling.
It's okay if it changes.
Flow with it.
Like the water in the sea.
Forever flowing.
Forever changing.
And yet,
It is so balanced.
So stable.
Emotional balance is about accepting whatever is here in this moment.
And the emotional body will know what to do.
You don't need to do anything but to just be here and let be.
Trust the body.
Let it go light.
Let it go limp.
Let it be deeply cleansed.
Heaviness dropping to the bottom of the sea.
Let yourself feel.
As this meditation comes to an end.
Just listening to the sound of the waves for a while.
Listening to them flow.
Listening to them come in and out.
Cleansing.
Now when you are ready.
Coming out of the sea.
And back onto the beach.
Feeling how light your emotional body is as you walk.
You are so light.
So fresh.
So cleansed.
The sun shines brightly and you think to yourself.
This is a new chapter.
Moving out with the old.
Moving onto the new.
Now just coming back to your physical body.
Moving it around.
Wiggling your fingers and toes if you wish.
Waking it back up.
Taking this experience with you into your life.
When you are ready.
Opening your eyes with a balanced and cleansed emotional body.
