Hello,
Welcome to this meditation.
Before we get started,
Just find a comfortable space so you can ease down,
Relax,
Release and de-stress from this busy world.
When you are ready,
Very slowly close your eyes and allow yourself the opportunity to unwind from your thoughts and even from your current dreams and desires.
Just leaving them be.
For now I invite you to just be aware of whatever is coming up in your own system.
Natural awareness,
Not trying to be forcefully aware or forcing anything.
Just noticing the operation of the mind with various different thoughts and the body with various different sensations.
Noticing it all on a whole level as the body continues to do its functions.
The heart beating,
The lungs breathing,
The blood running through your veins.
Mind continues to take over with various different thoughts of the day,
Maybe about your job,
Relationships or certain fears you may have.
Just being aware,
Whether it be neutral,
Pleasant or unpleasant.
It's just the body reacting in the best way it knows possible.
Letting it be.
It's important to understand there's no goal to this.
Too often we live in a very goal-orientated society,
Trying to achieve the next best thing.
This can filter into our meditations.
Nothing that you need to achieve here.
Awareness is not a goal.
You can never achieve it.
It comes naturally.
Just taking a few more moments for yourself before this meditation comes to an end.
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Stretching if you must,
Waking the body back up.
