Good morning,
Welcome to this gratitude meditation to shine from the inside.
To start,
Let's take a big deep breath in and breathing out.
What a blessing the breath is.
The air that you just took in will be transformed into a usable life force for your body,
Nourishing your cells,
Your DNA,
Your very atoms,
Keeping you alive every second of the day,
Noticing with gentle compassion your whole body.
What a blessing this organism is.
Your muscles moving you around each day,
Your bones giving you structure,
Your organs performing vital daily functions,
Keeping you alive.
And you just sit here,
Not having to do anything,
Resting in this space.
Your body works for you,
A servant in the best times and the worst times,
Showing gratitude towards it.
As you show gratitude,
A wonderful shining light flickers inside of you.
Think on the beautiful relationships you have in your life,
The food that goes into your stomach every day,
Your warm home,
The technology that helps you and brings you value,
The nature that has the ability to soothe and nourish your soul.
Being grateful for all that you have.
Noticing the shining light inside growing bigger and bigger as you become more grateful and grateful.
Notice everything that you are grateful for.
They could be simple,
Such as the feel of your comfortable bed,
Or more complex,
Such as the deep intricacies of a relationship.
The shining light of gratitude beams out of you,
Filling you with childlike wonder and love,
Healing your body,
Mind and spirit.
Shining brightly from the inside,
Filling you up for the day,
Raising your vibration.
You are ready for the day.
