Hello,
Welcome to this meditation.
Finding a quiet and comfortable environment for the moment and when you're ready,
Slowly closing your eyes.
Just allow your awareness to drift around your body.
Whatever comes to your attention,
Just being aware of it.
It may be a particular sensation or a particular thought.
Just knowing that these things are happening inside yourself.
Why they are happening is not important.
Giving up on the why,
Giving in to the now.
We all want freedom in our lives.
Freedom for exploration,
Freedom from burdens or baggages and all that enslaves us.
Giving up on your attachment to the world,
The attachments to your job,
To your relationship or friendships.
Just leave them be.
They will be there when they're needed.
For now,
You are here.
Giving up on your pursuit for happiness or calmness.
The pursuit is the struggle to achieve or to attain.
Forgetting about calmness,
Forgetting about the state of bliss,
Forgetting about resisting the sensation of fear and anxiety.
All this attaining and achieving is adding to the struggle.
For now,
We are here.
There is nothing to do,
Nothing to achieve,
Nothing to strive for.
There's nothing you're missing out on.
The world goes on.
You have all you need right now.
As we come to an end of this meditation,
Just stretching and gently moving your body.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
