To change it as a form of resistance against yourself,
Resisting what is.
What's here right now is the ultimate fear.
The fear of yourself,
The fear of your sensations,
Your body and your mind.
To try to change or resist your fundamental sensations only leads to danger bells ringing in the brain,
Creating another form of stress on top of the resisted sensation.
Stress in the form of striving to get rid of the sensation or wanting to change your experience.
Viewing yourself as less off with this current reality,
Wanting a new one.
Just for now,

You don't need to change anything.

Resting in this space.
Everything is going to be okay.
You're going to be okay.
Your heart beats for you.
Your lungs breathe for you.
Your blood runs through your veins for you.
Your digestive system breaks down food for you.
Your reproductive system reproduces for you.
Your pain protects for you.
Your brain thinks for you.
Your sensations come up for you.
Your soul loves for you.
This intelligent system is not against you at all.
It's all for you.
Rest knowing this.
There is no need to go against yourself.
There is nothing to do in these beautiful moments.
Allowing your system to work for you.
